The rustic artists' apartment, complete with paintings, pottery, and an eclectic atmosphere of antique brick, stone, beams, and modern functioning kitchen and bath is both visually and physically comfortable. There are plenty of books, CDs, cable TV, games and space for roaming the fields, outdoor cooking, and lawn games. The grounds have outbuildings for art projects and hobbies. The market town of Umbertide has tennis, a beautiful historical Baptistry and Tower, and convenient food shopping. The E45 is close by, as well as the commuter train to Perugia. Private and small group art lessons will be held on the premises as well as locations in the beautiful Umbrian countryside. Sketching, oil and water painting, mosaics, abstract collage, and clay work are offered for children and adults. Art history is integrated in all lessons. Breakfast is an option.

Outside
The pergola has a dining table and plenty of outdoor chairs and lounges. There is a stone fireplace for cooking, and an authentic bread oven for pizzas. There is a community pool in Umbertide.
There will be art activities out doors, and personal artists' space for rent in one of the buildings.
