In addition to the park, there is a choice of terraces on both the ground and first floor levels of the villa. With the bedrooms staggered throughout the house, there is plenty of privacy and seclusion for everyone. The bedrooms are handsomely furnished and all the bathrooms are beautifully tiled. The living rooms are part rustic, part modern furnishings and there is a large billiard and games room. The swimming pool is on a level below the house and the tennis court on yet a lower level. Telephone and television have been installed. Some fascinating historical cities surround the villa - Gubbio is approximately 25 kms away, Perugia 40kms and popular Assisi only 30 kms. The nearest village is approximately 1 kilometre for immediate shopping and there are so many appetizing dishes.

The swimming pool is for the private use of the guests. I't on a level below the house. Also the tennis court is for private use and it's on yet a lower level. The garden is fully equipped.

Travel
Perugia with Ryanair is the nearest airport (30 mins driving). The property is two hours distance from Rome Fiumicino and Ciampino, Pisa, Forlì (Ryanair). All the major car hire firms are represented at the airports and it is essential to have a car. Directions will be supplied when you rent the villa.

In this area there are many places of great interest: Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spello, Montefalco, Todi, Orvieto, Cortona, Arezzo.

Booking notes
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking with the balance due 8 weeks before the arriving of the guest. Cot and highchair hire is free of charge, but please tell at the booking if you require them. Long term discount. The price includes water, gas, and electricity, linen and towels. Extra: final cleaning. Safety deposit of 300 Euro to pay on arrival and to give to the guests on departure.
