Il Palazzetto del Monte is a lovely countryside 'palazzo' built of stone, situated alongside an enchanting hilltop village with a castle, a watchtower and an ancient church. The house has been recently restored and furnished with considerable Italian charm and beauty, whilst ensuring careful attention to comfort and modern amenities to apartments, intimate restaurant and bar. Large swimming pool, a sunbathing, a BQQ and a games areas and facilities are available to the guests at no extra charge. 'Like the sun, good friends are always welcome, because they bring warmth and light', goes a saying. Come to visit us at il Palazzetto, like our friends back in the city do! We're Alberto and Polina, we fell in love with this place and decided to stay, to create our family, work and feature here. We decided to share our dream and the house with you. Just 11km from Città di Castello and the convenient E45 highway, our place is also an easy departure point for many trips.

Extra bed* 120.00 per week or €20.00 per day. Extra bed and linens for children under 3: €25.00 per week.
30% deposit is required at the time of booking (the post adress, if sending cheques in euros, is: Alberto Mancini, loc. Il Palazzetto 11, 06010 Monte S. Maria Tiberina (PG), Italy. The balance, together with a returnable security deposit of €100.00, is payable on your arrival.
Half Board is available at our restaurant (upon request).
Changeover day
Arrival time: Saturday check-in is between 4.30pm and 6.30pm or as otherwise agreed in advance.
Departure time: Guests are requested to vacate their apartments Saturday by 10 am.
