2° floor: roof-apartment in ancient stone house with
around 30 stone steps to reach the apartment (no elevator)
Outside
No problem about parking place. The apartment is positioned in a beautiful country area in a little country village with its old habits and old hinabitants chatting until late evening outside. The village itself is something like a common living room with panks and chairs for those wishing to sit and have an evening chat.
This is an authentic ancient village with authentic resident people. This is not a residence for tourists: there's no swimming pool, no common garden, no reception.
The proprietor will give you the key and you will have your own prive house in Tuscany for the period of your interest you will live exactly as a Tuscan person here.
About garden, swimming pool, etc: you can go out in the street and in two minutes (maybe less) you're between olive roves and vineyards with non asphalted roads bringing you for kilometers... There are activities nearby: swimming pools, thermal baths, horse-riding, villages to visit etc. You just have to have the spirit to go...

One hour drive to seaside (beautiful Castiglion della Pescaia, Marina di Grosseto, Punta Ala, Etruscan sites).

Use of car is recommended. Pisa Airport at around 3/ 4 hours drive.
