Firenze, Siena, Poppi, Perugia, Orvieto, Trasimeno Lake and other cultural places are very comfortably reached by car.

Our villa has 02 double rooms with large beds, 01 room with two queen beds and one single bed, and 01 room with a single bed, 02 restrooms with shower, 01 bathroom and 01 tiolet, comfortable living room, with fireplace, dining area for 8 people and sofa for 10 people, new large kitchen with 4 ring stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven and washing machine and outside table for 10-12 people. Everything melt with beautiful modern art objects and paintings. Panoramic garden and swimming pool at disposal.

Amazing experience staying in a real cantina (wine-cellar) reformed with 03 double rooms, 01 old style bathroom with round bath tub, which is under the floor level, and 01 restroom. Living/dining room with table for 10 people, fireplace, sofa for 4 people, new kitchen with 4 ring stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven. Only for those who love particular atmosphere. Not indicated for people higher then 1.90m, not even for children (many stairs). Private small patio with chairs and swimming pool at disposal.

Our loggia is a romantic apartment, first floor in an old building with beautiful view from patio. It has a nice double room with round bed, 01 single bed, fireplace, kitchen with 4 ring stove, fridge, freezer, oven, dining room for 4 people and restroom with bath tub. For quiet, romantic, unforgettable holiday.

Children are welcome. Pets are considered.
Accessibility
As the rooms in our villa are in the first floor and the access to our cantina and loggia are by stairs, wheelchairs are inaccessible. Unsuitable for elderly or infirm.
Outside
Our clients are provided with a big, shared swimming pool (6 x 12 - 1.50 to 2.60 depth) and mountain bikes. Young people can play football, ping pong and table soccer.
Travel
Car is essential. Only few minutes drive from: A1 motorway, Arezzo, Anghiari, San Sepolcro, Monterchi, Poppi and the Valdichiana Outlet.
