Casa Margherita is a large two storey apartment halfway between Siena and Grosseto, near Petriolo hot springs. The house is composed of 6 rooms: a full kitchen, a cosy sitting room with an old open fireplace, two double bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and 1 wc room. The house shares a nice little garden with a similar apartment which is next door. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people, possibly 5, since the sofa in the sitting room is a sofa bed. The house is a perfect base to explore the Siena area, but also the Maremma as it is located halfway between Siena and Grosseto.

There is a nice sitting area by the main entrance with a beautiful restored fireplace. This was once the heart of the family life. |

There is a nice garden with garden furniture. The garden is shared by two apartments. It is large enough to ensure privacy though.

The nearest coastal town is Marina di Grosseto.
Petriolo hot springs and the river Farma are just 5 minutes away.

Travel
The closest airport is Florence but Pisa is good too. Rome is another option.
Distances
Siena is 28km away, Grosseto is 37km away, Florence is 90km away. Ideal to visit the Siena area, the Maremma, the Val d'Orcia with Montalcino, Pienza, Montepulciano, but also San Gimignano and the Chianti region.
