Apartment Paolo has a wonderful terrace with fantastic lake view, as it's located directly on the lake Boulevard in the center of the village Gravedona. Only a few meters from restaurants, bars, boat stop, 10 minutes walk to the beach of Gravedona, with a nice public pool on the lake.

Directly on the Lake Boulevard of Gravedona and on the lake shore. 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach of Gravedona and to the public pool on the lake.
Golf
You can play golf in the near Golf Cllub Menaggio (15 minutes drive, where Mr. Clooney plays very often) or at the Villa D'Este Golf Club.
Skiing
From the property you can reach easily the famous ski resort St. Moritz (1 hour drive) or Madesimo (50 minutes drive) or Aprica (1 hour drive).
