You are in the heart of the Roman Baroque, definitely. Not only baroque: around each corner you find many traces of the ancient Rome. This apartment is just 30m from Piazza Navona, the ancient Domitian Stadium, whose elliptic geometry makes the area one of the most amazing and exciting places in Rome, enriched by masterpieces from Bernini, Borromini, Giacomo Della Porta, some of the greatest Baroque Maestri. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons and is let from 3 nights to 3 months. Guests will enjoy a complete privacy and independence, at home away from home. They will anyway count on always available assistance from us in case of need. Just outside the apartment, within 10m, you will find many shops: greengrocer, delicatessen, grocer, mini-market, butcher, news agent, tobacconist. In the apartment area, you find a lot of antique shops (e.g. in Via dei Coronari), restaurants, historical outdoors cafes (e.g Bar della Pace), pubs and wine shops open to late.

Changeover day
Changeover day flexible. On standard basis, check-in is between 4:00 and 7:00pm; check-out before 10:00am. In case of special need, let us know in advance what time you would like to check-in/out: we are happy if able to satisfy your request.

In the apartment you have a double sofa bed (200x140cm) and above one corner of the room a mezzanine (h 130 cm) with a full size bed (190x160cm) which can be split into two single beds (190x80cm). |

Under the mezzanine, there is a wide bathroom with wc, bidet, lavatory, shower, hair dryer and washing machine. Towels are provided. |
| Kitchen: |
Well equipped kitchen with dish washer, microwave oven, coffee machine and all the cooking stuff. |

The dining area is wide with a 120cm table and four chairs. The bar area has a tilt table and two bar chairs. |

You will find salt, cooking salt, sugar and coffee available as courtesy cooking basis. A courtesy mobile phone will also be available to you in the event your mobile phone doesn’t work in Italy.

The apartment is on the first floor without elevator.
Outside
From this strategic place, in only 2 minutes walk, you can get other extraordinary and famous places, such as the Pantheon, Castel Sant’Angelo, Campo de Fiori and a lot of monumental Churches. Within easy walking distance, many others, such as the Spanish Steps, Fontana di Trevi, Torre Argentina, Piazza Venezia, Piazza del Campidoglio designed by Michelangelo and (less than 2km far) St. Peter Basilica, Coliseum and the Imperial Forums.
Coast/Beach
The coast is 20km far from the apartment and you can find nice beaches.
Travel
From Fiumicino airport, take the no-stop train 'Leonardo Express' to Termini railway station, leaving the Airport from 6:37am to 23:37pm every 30 min. From Termini station bus n. 64 (getting out at Corso-Vittorio-Emanuele/Navona stop)
From Ciampino Airport, take the bus connection to Termini Railway Station.

Public transport:
Close to Piazza Navona (from Corso Rinascimento, Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Largo di Tore Argentina and Piazza Venezia) you can catch the following buses going or passing close to many tourist sites. Bus lines (C3 30 40 46 62 64 70 81 87 116 119 186 190 271 492 571 628 780 810 916). Before getting a bus please check its tour since it could undergo changes.
Booking notes
We send you confirmation of availability and total cost; the amount of the deposit to confirm your booking and the date within we have to receive the deposit. If we do not receive the deposit within the requested date we can not furthermore guarantee the apartment’s availability. The remaining balance has to be kindly paid by cash upon your arrival or via PayPal before your arrival. A security deposit (300 euros) is also requested at your arrival and it will be fully refunded at your departure.

'My sister and I stayed here for a week and loved it! The apt. location allowed us to walk to most major sites. Being near Piazza Navona we enjoyed being near good restaurants, cafes and bars as well as tourist information and bookstores with English books. The apartment is clean and was perfect for the two of us. The apt is also big enough for 4 as long as everyone likes each other. The apartment amenities would allow for families travelling with children also. The apt owner was helpful, friendly and honest. I will be recommending this apt to any of my friends who travel to Rome and plan on staying there again when I get the opportunity to return to Rome!'
