Casa Beatrice (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4/5)

Entrance to the nice apartment of Casa Beatrice is made from 7 steps from the car park and a large terrace where one can relax during the spring and summer months. It is equipped with a table, chairs, deckchairs and sunbeds, an inflatable swimming pool for children and a slide. The door leads straight into a kitchen - living room with table, chairs, fridge/freezer. Then a big 1 double bedroom and a twin/double bedroom with the possibility to join a single bedroom. 2 bathrooms (1 with a shower unit, the other with a bath). There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine.

Casa Elisabetta (3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6)

On entering the house through the main door on the ground floor there is a large living room where is positioned a big divan/bed and a smaller sitting room with its original fireplace which leads into the dining room and kitchen. There is a large terracotta tiled terrace opposite the entrance where the guests can eat, sunbathe and enjoy the view. There are 2 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom and 1 twin double bedroom both with panoramic views and a bathroom with bath downstairs with an independent entrance and an other private terrace/solarium. The kitchen is well equipped with large fridge and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine. The big terrace on the front, is surrounding from the garden with lot of various flowers and the big hilly country with the olive groves.

Notes on accommodation
The properties have electricity and hot water and gas included in the price, the heating during the cold season it is not included in the price. Towels and sheets are included and changed weekly should you spend more than a week.

Accessibility
It is a house structured on different levels, so it is not easy for disabled.

Outside
As before, Celle is situated to the side of a hill overlooking valleys, hillsides and mountains with terraced vineyards and olive groves. The big garden around the house is in part flat and in part a hill with olive and fruit trees and flowers.
There is a barbecue outside and various furniture outdoor.

Coast/Beach
Viareggio and all the Versilia (Forte dei Marmi, Lido di Camaiore etc.) beach are the most famous and traditional seaside, the distance it is between 40 to 50 minutes from the house.
Versilia offers miles of beach establishments, bars, disco, restaurants and shops along its coastline.
It is also possible to visit the beautiful se of 5 terre and in the other direction the nice beach of Livorno, S. Vincenzo, Baratti.

Travel
By air it is easy from UK to Pisa. The airport it is 50 minutes from the house. The alternative airport it is Florence that distance 60km from Lucca by motorway, and then other 25 minutes for Celle.

Distances
The whole area is rich in historic and cultural interest, but also with beautiful possibilities of trekking around the mountains not far from Celle. Lucca is a charming city with a lot of history, nice shops and good restaurants. Florence by car 1 hour 15 mins. Siena 2 hour, Pisa 40 mins.

Further details
The nearest shops you can find are in Piegaio, 5 mins by car, where there is the nearest pharmacy, or Diecimo where you can purchase all kind of necessities, fruit, vegetables, meat, fresh bread and good cakes. There is also a cafe, a bank, a post office. If you want a supermarket, you can find the big Esselunga and Carrefour on the road to Lucca, 15 mins from the house.
There are various restaurants in the surrounding area, all very priced and with good local wine, not expensive.

Our terms and conditions together with a booking form are sent and on receipt of the completed form, the holiday is confirmed in writing. The balance being paid 8 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday.
