The charming I Coriandoli villa is set in the gentle hills between the Gulfs of Naples and Salerno. It offers wonderful views of the Sorrento Sea and of the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida. Situated in a quiet area, this Mediterranean-style holiday home is only a few minutes drive from the elegant shops and characteristic restaurants of bustling little Sant’Agata. Just 10 kilometres further along a pretty coastal road, there is graceful Sorrento, with its Roman origins and impressive sea cliffs. The villa is well decorated and furnished. The floors are made from Cotto with hand-painted ceramics from Vietri. The furniture is in the rustic Tuscan style. Numerous tasteful paintings and ceramics adorn the walls.

Changeover day
Arrival and departures are on Saturday. Check-in is from 4pm – 7pm (for other arrivals please contact us). Check-out is at 10am.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | First bedroom with double bed, television and VHS player. Second bedroom with 2 single beds. |
| Bathrooms: | Two bathrooms both with shower, sink, bidet and wc. Fully supplied with towels and hairdryer. |
| Kitchen: | Family-sized refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, stove top, electric oven, toaster, Italian coffee makers, tea kettle, electric juicer, microwave oven, small blender. Wide range of dishes and pots and pan. All sizes of wine glasses. |
| Utility Room: | Iron and ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | Three sofas, fireplace (properly working), colour TV, Satellite TV, DVD player, CD player. The dining table sits 8 (there is another dining table is on the patio). |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bedlinen and bath towels are included and are changed weekly. Cleaning is carried out after departure and costs 80 euros. For stays longer than 1 week, a mandatory cleaning charge of 50 euros is due every Saturday. |
Notes on accommodation
Parking is available for one car; other cars can be parked in the road. A small staircase leads down from the parking area to the villa. Electricity and gas are included in rental fee, however, air-conditioning and heating are charged separately.

Accessibility
As a staircase leads down from the parking area to the villa it is not suitable for people in wheelchairs.
Outside
I Coriandoli has a well-kept garden with Mediterranean plants. It has terraces and balconies and is equipped with a large dining table and chairs; sun beds; large cloth sunshades and canopies; barbecue.
Coast/Beach
Nerano, with excellent restaurants, is 6km down a spectacular coastal road and has well-equipped beaches.
Travel
From Napoli take the A3 motorway (Napoli- Salerno- Reggio Calabria), exit at Castellammare and travel in the direction of Sorrento (S.S. 145) until Meta. Drive through Meta and follow signs to Positano - Amalfi on the left. Drive up until Positano - S.Agata crossroads and then continue towards S.Agata sui due Golfi.

The island of Capri can be reached in 20 minutes by hydrofoil from Sorrento.

Booking notes
A refundable damage deposit of 250 euros is to be paid on arrival. Pets are not accepted. The swimming pool is open from 10 May - 10 October.
