Located in a panoramic position, with an amazing view of Circeo bay, it is near the most famous archaeological site - Giove Anxur temple - as well as the beach. It is 110sq.m distributed on 2 floors and a mezzanine floor. In addition, there is a wonderful terrace where you can sunbathe and have meals and to admire starry nights or fantastic sunsets. The house is characterized by stylish furnishings, linked to the refined tastes of the owner as he is an architect. Each room, connoted by a particular colour, is equipped with hand-made fireplaces and BBQ. It is easy and very interesting to walk, but five bicycles are provided to guests and what is more, there is a private parking just down the stairs. There is an additional room to keep beach equipment and it works also as a laundry room. Terracina is a lively town during the whole year with live music, fireworks, moving religious celebrations, festivals, contests and amazing Christmas illuminations.

| Living Rooms: | The living room consists in a big open-space divided into a dining area with a big table and chairs and a cupboard, the fireplace area with two big armchairs and the reading corner with a deck in-globed in a bookcase in the wall. |
| Other: | On the terrace there is a table, chairs and a lantern from Morocco and a wrought iron bench. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included and the property is cleaned and towels and linen changed once a week. There are also duvets for each bed and upon request we can furnish the kitchen with typical oil Extra-Vergine and Moscato wine. |

Notes on accommodation
Children are welcome and the light blue bedroom is really suitable for them because it has a wooden floor, peluches and a magic atmosphere. The house has 2 fire places and a BBQ. The BBQ is right in the kitchen, therefore really easy to use also because wood and charcoal is provided to you. On Winter, fireplace will create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The air-conditioning is useful in Summer with cold air and in Winter as well because of the hot air. On the bookshelves, you can choose among many readings from the Italian and English literature. Some tourists guides - about Terracina and near attractions - are provided to the guests. The owners usually leaves in the fridge for the guests some bottles of typical local wine - red and white Moscato.
Outside
The terrace is fully equipped with Maroccan furniture and lanterns. You can have all your meals there and also go beyond every boundary with the telescope!
Coast/Beach
The beach is 15 minute walking and 5 minutes by car. The coast is full of beach resorts with all the beach facilities you need and also free beaches. There are not only sandy beaches but also rocky ones.
Golf
There is a big sporting club 10 minutes walk away where it is possible to play all sorts of sports. There is also a public swimming pool and on the beach it is possible to go sailing. On the hill it is possible to do extreme sports. There is a lake where you can go fishing.

Travel
The nearest International Airports are in Rome (Ciampino and Fiumicino) at 100km. There you can easily hire a car, but you can also come by public transport (coach or train) considering that train station and coaches stop are 5 minutes walk from home. Upon request we offer a transfer service by car from the airports to the house. Terracina has a port with ferry boats to the islands (Pontine Islands).

Rome 100km. Naples 110km. San Felice Circeo 7km. Sperlonga, Gaeta and Formia 15km. Ponza Ventotene and Palmarola Islands 50 mins by boat.

In Terracina you can find everything you need to have fun or to relax yourself. In the historical center there are typical bar and locals. There are supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and the hospital. Really near from home you can find the main shopping streets and high quality restaurants. Close to the port, next to the fish shops there are some seafood take aways where you can enjoy the amazing taste of the fresh seafood at affordable prices. A must-do for those interested in the uncivilized nature is a visit to the Circeo National park, easily reachble with buses leaving from the bus station (10 mins walk from the house). For those interested in archeology, we reccoment to pop down the ArcheoClub d'Italia in Terracina and see the latest viable vists.

This property is particularly loved by the owner as he has been living here since he was born. This house have gone through many changes and it is frequently refurbished by the owner, that is an architect, always trying to maintain its cosy features.
It is an exclusive and uncommon house, and the owner and his wife are very happy to share with guests this special environment they have created throughout the years.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We deeply love this area because it has its roots in the Southern culture, but it also keeps up with the modern life being close to big cities such as Rome and Naples, Terracina is on the boundary between Latio and Campania.
The renovation lasted for two years and we tried to maintain as much as possible the original characteristics of the house. I even went to the Statal Archive in Latina where i found out that the house's foundations are Romans and the upper part is from Middleage as the whole historical centre in Terracina.
Unique benefits of the property
Here is where we like to organise dinners and parties with our friends due to the warm atmosphere. There are enjoyable and relaxing colors inside the house as well as the nature's ones outside, especially at sunset and sunrise.
