Bed and Breakfast Rooms. Rooms have queen beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers. 3 rooms have the possibility of two single beds instead of a queen bed. Breakfast is served in the common room. Rooms have fans, window screens and central heating.

Apartment 1 (Sleeps 4, 2 Bedrooms)

Self Catering. Bedroom 1 with queen size bed. Bedroom 2 with bunk beds. The bathroom has a shower. A fully equipped kitchenette with 4 burner stove, refrigerator and sink located in the common room. The rooms have fans, window screens and central heating.

Apartment 2 (Sleeps 3, 1 Bedroom)

Self Catering. 1 bedroom with a queen bed. Sleeper sofa in common room. The bathroom has a shower. A fully equipped kitchenette with 4 burner stove, refrigerator, and sink located in the common room. The rooms have fans, window screens and central heating.

Agri-Camping (8 Tent Spaces)

8 areas to pitch a tent in the countryside and the olive grove. Bathrooms and showers. Bring your own towels please. Laundry lines available.

Notes on accommodation
We welcome guests in all seasons as all the rooms have central heating. All rooms have window screens and fans. All linens provided except beach towels. The countryhouse is suitable for children of all ages.

Outside
We have areas where you can relax in the sun or shade, have a meal or share a drink. The grounds consist of an olive grove, a small vineyard, fruit trees, a vegetable garden, and an old fashioned outdoor wood burning oven.

Coast/Beach
The nearest sandy beach is a 20 min drive with many bars and fish restaurants along the seashore. Both north and south there are many miles of sandy beaches, some privately owned where you can rent chairs and umbrellas, or public beaches where you bring your own. The beaches are suitable for small children.

Golf
Golf is available at the Conero golf club and at Pescara, each about 1 hour by car. There is also a golf course 10 minutes away in Montefiore del' Aso.

Skiing
There are a number of ski resorts in the Sibillini mountains and Abruzzo. The nearest is about a 50 minute drive from the house.

Special interest holidays
In the fall we welcome guests who would like to help with the grape harvest or the olive harvest and take part in the centuries old tradition of making wine and olive oil. Hans is a cyclist and will arrange cycling itineraries for you either through the incredible hills and mountains or in the plains. Its aWe have a space where you can keep your bikes and repair them if needed. Elizabeth offers Italian cookery courses upon reservation. Twice a week we offer an optional dinner, so if you’d like to stay home some nights, let us do the cooking! Artists and photographers might enjoy the lush landscape, it’s a wonderful place to create art or write. We can help you organize day trips to areas of interest, whether art, leisure, sports or gastronomy based.

Travel
Ancona airport 60 minutes by car. Pescara airport 70 minutes by car. Rome airport 3½ hours on a beautiful mountain motorway. Forli Bologna is approx. 2 hours 15 minutes by car. The centre of Rome is easily accessible via motor coach from Pedaso (10 minutes drive). There are good rail connections as well from Porto San Giorgio and from San Benedetto del Tronto. We highly recommend you hire a car.

Further details
The nearest village, Carassai is a 20 min walk or a quick 3km drive. The Sibillini National Park is an hour by car. Frasassi Caves are about 1½ hours by car. Ascoli Piceno is about 1 hour by car.

There are many picturesque medieval towns and villages in the area that are close by (10-30 minutes drive). There are many vineyards nearby that can be visited for wine tasting. Hiking trails are everywhere. A terrific pizzeria and many good restaurants are 10-20 mins.
