Large, airy room with large windows all round coming off kitchen area. Solid oak floor. High, beamed ceiling. Contemporary lighting. Original pictures. Modern leather sofas, unit storing TV and DVD player as well as DVDs which guests may use. |

Towels and freshly laundered linen included. Property cleaned before guests arrive and weekly with change of linen and towels if required. |
Notes on accommodation
Pets may be accepted on request. Apartment is spacey and safe for children. There is a metal grille in the apartment to be fitted over bottom half of French opening window, if wanted.

Outside
We do not have our own outdoor area but you can sit next to open French windows and see whole bay of the Adriatic. There is a small, almost always deserted square a minute away to sit in, and a taverna 2 minutes away with tables and chairs overlooking town and sea. The beach is rarely crowded and there are loungers available as well as sea-front cafes.
Coast/Beach
The town of Cupra Marittima has a long, sandy beach which is a 10 mins walk down the hill, and double this to climb up again. It can be driven in 5 mins and there is free parking at the bottom of the hill or in the station courtyard. Windsurfing and other water sports along the coast. Quiet swimming at Cupra. There is a harbour along the coast at San Benedetto. It is possible to walk or bike a long way alongside the sea with a wooden walkway to the next town of Grottamare.
Travel
Ancona and Pescara Aiports are equidistant and about an hour's drive or the same on the local coastside train from Ancona and Pescara stations. Bologna is approximately.
