Villa Metta is a beautifully restored albergo (hotel) it was built in the early 1900’s to accommodate the visitors who flocked to this area to sample the healing benefits of the waters from the numerous mountain springs nearby. The centre is situated in rambling and attractive gardens and the original spa is a gentle stroll from the main house. At the Villa, you will discover a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere; it is place in which you can pursue your choice of activity, a setting in which to simply relax and enjoy or as a base to explore the delights and beauty of the surrounding region. The Villa has three spacious reception rooms and a large fully equipped kitchen. In addition situated at the rear of the main house is an airy conservatory/dining room which looks out over the gardens. There is also a covered outdoor eating area with ample garden furniture to seat 28 guests.

There are three comfortable living areas, five sofas, coffee tables, standard lamps. Television, DVD player, video player and stereo system. The main living room is heated by a cast iron wood burner in addition to central heating. |

Towels and linen for indoor use are supplied and changed once a week. Maid service available upon request at extra cost. |

Accessibility
Villa Metta is not suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
Large decked area with outdoor furniture ample for 28 guests. Expansive woodland and garden.
Two barbecues are available for use.
Coast/Beach
Approximately half an hours drive away from the Villa you will find the seaside towns and gorgeous beaches of the Adriatic coastline.
Skiing
Sassotetto ski resort is within easy reach, approx forty minutes by car.
Special interest holidays
Martial Arts and Yoga holidays are available.
Travel
Ancona airport is just over an hour's drive from the Villa and Perugia airport is an hour and a halfs drive (approx) both airports are served daily by RyanAir from London Stansted.

The Metta martial arts retreat and recreation centre is situated in the enchanting, tranquil and unspoilt Marche region of central Italy in the rolling foothills of the stunningly beautiful Sibillini Mountains, on the very edge of The Sibillini National Park. The Villa is perfectly located between the medieval hilltop towns of Sarnano to the South West (20 mins by car), Penna San Giovanni to the South East (3 mins by car) and Sant Angelo in Pontano to the North (5 mins by car).
