About 3km from the beach and nature reserve of Torre Guaceto and 2km from Serra Nova and within 10 mins drive of both San Vito Dei Normanni and Carovigno. Placing you right in the heart of Puglia. Nearby you will find the historical cities of Lecce, Ostuni, Alberrobello. Villa Aspri has 2 bedrooms, a very large double, and a large twin. Roof terrace gives view of the sea, the property is down a residential laneway with minimal traffic. Plenty of local restaurants to choose from or you can cook some of the fresh produce bought at the local markets. All local towns have a market day every week offering freshest produce.

Notes on accommodation
The property caretaker is an ex pat who lives locally all year round.
The property also has an alarm system installed which is radio linked to a security company in the local town of San Vito Dei Normanni and to the caretaker.

Large outside area with garden furniture, roof terrace with sea view over the olive trees. 2 acres at back of house with almond trees and a single olive (contemplation) tree! Driveway with pine trees (to keep car cool during hot summer months).

5 mins drive, approx 3km to world famous Torre Guaceto nature reserve and beach, a selection of other beaches within easy drive.
