Outside
Large gated terracotta terrace at front of house with potted shrubs faces the early morning sun. Large circular teak table and chairs. The garden is to the side of the house and is enclosed by fencing and shrubs. There is large lawned sitting area dotted with fruit trees. The garden features a lovely private pool measuring 11m x 4.5m, its depth reaching 1.5m at the deep end. There are lovely views from the garden of the rolling hills, spectacular mountains and tranquil meadows. The hamlet's tiny abandoned chapel sits at one end of the garden.
Coast/Beach
45 minutes drive from Porto san Giorgio on the Adriatic coast with its sandy beach. 20 minutes drive to Lago di Fiastra with its lake water swimming.
Skiing
15 minutes drive to the slopes of Sassotetto with further skiing opportunities in the Sibillini national Park.

Bike available for mountain biking around the local area.

Ancona airport 1 hour 15 minutes drive. Pescara airport 2 hours drive. Car essential.

June through to September £1800 per week whole house. October through to May prices starting from £1000 per week negotiable on size of party and accommodation. House can be rented as one large house or as 2 separate units. 25% deposit on booking. Balance payable 60 days before arrival in addition to a £300 security deposit, refunded on housekeepers report.
