Colleverde Country House

Accommodation is offered in apartments with one or two double/twin bedrooms. The apartments include a living room with kitchen area equipped with a dining table and chairs, satellite tv, fridge, gas hobs and basic cooking utensils (pans, plates, etc). Bathrooms are fitted with shower cubicle, WC, sink and hairdryer. Each apartment has french doors leading to a veranda/balcony with table and chairs, ideal for eating al-fresco in the beautiful surroundings or for simply enjoying the views. The apartments are simply but elegantly furnished and offer the perfect setting for a relaxing and peaceful holiday.

Notes on accommodation
All apartments offer central heating, satellite tv and a hairdryer. Use of washing machine is available on request.

Accessibility
As the apartments are all on one level, Colleverde offers the perfect setting for those with mobility problems. Each apartment has its own car-parking space situated next to the entrance.

Outside
Colleverde apartments are set in private surroundings with well-kept gardens. Each apartment has its own veranda or balcony with direct access to the living room and equipped with outdoor furniture. There is a semi-olympic sized swimming pool and smaller children's pool with changing rooms, sun-loungers and umbrellas. There is also a small children's play area in the garden. The use of a barbeque is also available to guests.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach on the Eastern Italian coast is Fano and takes 90 minutes by car. Lago Trasimeno offers a number of beaches and can be easily reached in just 20 minutes from Colleverde.

Special interest holidays
Cookery courses are available at Colleverde. These courses allow participants to learn Umbrian cooking techniques and to enjoy what they have prepared during the lesson.
Ceramics courses are available in association with Colleverde in a nearby ceramics company. This company is situated approx 1 km from the holiday village and specialises in producing the famous 'Deruta' ceramics.

Travel
Nearest airport: Sant' Egidio, Perugia (flight from London Stansted) - 20 minutes by car
Other airports: Rome Fiumicino (2 hours), Pisa (3 hours), Forlì (2 hours), Ancona Falconara (1.5 hours).
Car Hire is recommended, however a shuttle service to Perugia station or city centre is available. A local bus also passes near to the village.

The nearby village of Colle Umberto is just 5 minutes walk from Colleverde. Here you can find 2 small supermarkets, a newsagent's and a post office. Within Colleverde holiday village there is a restaurant/pizzeria which is open every evening (except Mondays). The nearest banks are in Mantignana, 5 minutes by car.

Bookings can be made via e-mail with a credit card. We kindly request that payments are made before check-out. Bookings can be cancelled with no forfeit up to 2 days before the arrival date. Cancellations after this time will be charged 20% of the total cost of the holiday.
