Tamerici (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 4)

Sleeps 2/4 - 75 sq m. Ground floor apartment with spacious living room and kitchen. The kitchen is modern with four hobs, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, but the setting is rustic, with individually chosen period furniture, beamed ceilings, tiles and large fireplace. The double bedroom is dominated by an antique double bed and other period furniture and there is a large ensuite bathroom with shower, washing machine. Livingroom with wood burning fire, 3 seater settee which converts to double bed and 1 armchair. Cot available upon request. Private outdoor area equipped with table and chairs.

Terrazza (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4)

Sleeps 4 - 75sq m. First floor apartment accessed by private external covered staircase. Entry is into the kitchen living room, with modern kitchen, four hobs, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, fireplace and TV. A large outdoor terrace (5m x 7) with dining table and chairs offers amazing views of the surrounding countryside. The large double bedroom has lovely views over San Severino and the Potenza Valley to the south. The twin bedroom also has nice views on the south and the apartment has large bathroom with shower. Cot available upon request.

Alloro (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4)

Sleeps 4 - 70 sq m. The second of two ground floor apartments, it is well equipped and spacious. Entry is into the kitchen living room, with modern kitchen, four hobs, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom with restored furniture. A shared bathroom with shower completes the apartment. Outdoor private area with table and chairs.

Tramonto (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4)

Sleeps 4 - 70 sq. m. The second of the two first floor apartments, with a lovely views, also reached by a private external staircase. Large living room and kitchen area equipped with modern kitchen, four hobs, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. One double and one twin bedroom with shared bathroom and shower. Secluded outdoor private area with chairs and table.

Notes on accommodation
Safe, hairdryer and hoover are provided..
Individual heating in each apartment. Gas for heating to be charged by consumption in winter.
Bio-switch have been installed to preserve the bedrooms from electromagnetic pollution, allowing our guests to recover their energies with a good rest.
The four apartments may be rented separately or together. Ideal for families with children.

Accessibility
We regret that neither apartment is wheelchair accessible or suitable for people with limited mobility.

Outside
A large pool, measuring 13m x 6,5 m for guests use only is set in a garden surrounded by ancient olive trees. Sunloungers, deckchairs and shower are provided.
Private outside seating and dining areas.
Barbeques.
4 mountain bikes available for free rent.
A communal big wooden table and benches.

Coast/Beach
Adriatic beach resorts are 45 mins drive away with Porto Recanati, Numana, Sirolo being the nearest. One hour drive to Porto San Giorgio.
Organised beach facilities are in all coastal towns and there is plenty of choice for dining at the traditional fish "chalets" sited on the beach.

Skiing
The nearest ski resorts Sassotetto and Bolognola are situated 40 minutes away by car. They are ideal for beginners and intermediate level. During the week the slopes are often empty and lessons can be arranged. Ski equipment and snowboards are available for hire in town or at the ski centre.

Travel
The region is served by the low-cost airport Ancona-Falconara, with daily flights to London Stansted. It is 1 hour drive away. It is also possible to fly into Rimini (2 hrs) or Rome Airport (3 ½ hrs) and drive to the Marche.
Car hire is essential.

Distances
Terre di Orpiano is just 2,5 km far away from San Severino. The town is well served by supermarkets, chemists, medical centre, tourist office, banks and post office, restaurants, sports facilities including tennis, indoor swimming pool.
A spa is at Tolentino, 10 minutes drive.
Macerata is 20 minutes drive away. An internationally renowned open air opera festival is held there during July and August.
Frasassi caves, 45 mins
Assisi, 1 h. 15 mins
Gubbio 1 h.
Recanati, Loreto 40 mins

To appreciate completely the emotions that this territory can give you it is essential to taste its variety of food. Amongst the most genuine flavours: the vincisgrassi (a traditional recipe), the ciauscolo (a soft salami made of pork), pecorino cheese and the excellent extra virgin olive oil.
You can’t miss tasting the singular white wine Verdicchio that is well known worldwide and the glamorous and sparkling red Vernaccia di Serrapetrona.
For shopping lovers there is also the possibility in our province to visit the company stores of the numerous “made in Marche” brands that have made the Marche’s economic model famous in the world for the manufacture of high quality and style footwear, leather goods and accessories, clothes.

30% of total rental fee is to be paid via bank transfer at time of booking to secure reservation .
A 200 euro cash security deposit to be paid on arrival to cover any damage/breakages during your stay.
Balance to be paid 8 weeks before start date of the holiday. Booking enquire for availability are confirmed via email.
