Set in the rolling hills an ideal location offering the visitor a wide variety of cultural exploration and discovery. Beautiful landscapes Roman remains, medieval churches, famous monasteries, food and wine, beautiful towns. We are South of Rome and North of Naples in the town of Fiuggi, famous for its spa and golf course.

Notes on accommodation
Our large (131 yd²) ground floor quality apartment ideal for family holidays is particularly popular with couples with young children as it has direct access to the large garden. It is bright and spacious and includes all facilities and equipment necessary for a comfortable stay. Furnished and decorated to a very high standard with double glazed windows. Fly nets and blinds. Smoking is allowed outside of the apartment. Sorry no pets are allowed.
Outside
Relax in our beautiful garden which has various fruit trees – grape vines – olives- vegetable garden – garden furniture. Loungers. Gazebo.
Children will love the play area with Plunge Pool swings and toys.
Sit back in the sunshine and improve your tan, the garden is not overlooked, enjoy the view the countryside, distant mountains and the town below.
Our guests love the Gazebo for meals al fresco. Sample a large variety of our home-grown vegetables or a take-away pizza with a bottle of local wine.
The garden has a remote-controlled gate making it impossible for small children to wander.

Golf
We are near to the Fiuggi Golf Club 18 hole/par 70 Club house. Open-air swimming pool. Driving range. Pro-shop, bar. Restaurant and tennis courts which are only 1 km away. Fiuggi golf course is one of the oldest in Italy, having been developed in 1928. It offers to keen on golfs a magnificent 18-hole course (5884 meters) set at 621 meters above sea level in a wonderful rural park that dominates the countryside. At weekends, Fiuggi Golf Club hosts important international level competitions.
Special interest holidays
Proximity to Rome is a bonus for visitors to Fiuggi, with its higher altitude and shaded squares affording respite from the summer heat.
You will love Rome, but at the end of the day you will welcome the cleaner air and tranquillity that Fiuggi has to offer.
A car is essential in this area and in order to visit all of the little towns and neighbouring countryside. but it is far better to take the bus or train for day trips to Rome... far less worry that negotiating Rome's traffic.
Tourists and local people leave their car at the station and commute daily by train to work or university in the city, all of this area is very quiet, just local traffic and tourists during the season.
During the summer months Fiuggi offers various festivals concerts and sporting events with music and dancing in the many squares often ending in firework displays.

The photographs on your website looked beautiful but the real thing still surpassed our expectations. The apartment was well equipped and we particularly appreciated the garden produce and the way you very thoughtfully shopped for us when we arrived late. We have enjoyed Rome, Naples, the hilltop towns and mountains as well as being able to relax in such a friendly and quiet location back at the villa.

We thought long and hard whether to stay in Rome or outside. Now we are glad we chose Fiuggi, for as much as we enjoyed Rome, we were happy to have somewhere clean, cool and comfortable to ‘come home’ to. As well as Rome we thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Pompeii and our day at Terracina beach. This holiday surely had something for everyone, to our surprise our two teenagers enjoyed themselves a lot. Born in Lancashire England I married my Italian husband and moved to Italy 40 years ago.
I have never regretted the move to this beautiful part of Italy. We have two married children and two lovely grandchildren.
When not at the local golf course my husband cultivates a vegetable garden, a bonus for our guests who particularly enjoy his tomatoes!

Villa Marta is our family home, Newly built in 2005.
Furnished and decorated with great care with quality fittings for use by family members who now live elsewhere, we have two apartments for holiday lettings during the holiday season.
We live on the premises and can offer advice on where to eat, where to go and how to get there, what not to miss and also what to avoid!

More than half the municipal territory of Fiuggi is made up of woods.
Wide expanses of chestnut trees and oaks, with lime, pine, maple, fir and even sequoia, which change their colours with the seasons and keep creating new landscapes
Enjoy a picnic at the lake of Canterno, just outside the town.
After a day of sightseeing relax and mix with the locals in the evening there are many restaurants in and around the town. or enjoy a quiet evening 'al fresco' in our gazebo with perhaps a barbeque
