The villa is set in 7 hectares (approx 20 acres) of olive groves which guests can feel free to explore. The property is completely fenced in and is accessed by an electrically operated gate.

There are a number of fine beaches within 15 minutes drive of the property.

The international airport at Brindisi is only 30 minutes from the property, whilst the international airport at Bari is 1 hour away. Car hire is essential for this property.
Distances
The nearest town is Ostuni, which is less than 10 minutes drive away. The UNESCO site of Alberobello is approximately 30 minutes away. The towns of Martina Franca, Locorotondo, San Michele, Cisternino, and Ceglie Messapica are all within 25 minutes drive.

Olive oil produced from the surrounding olive groves is provided for guests to use. Jams made from the fruit trees surrounding the property are also provided.
