La Rubbianella is a lovely house situated at the corner of the little village of Rubbiano in a very charming and dominant position overlooking a marvellous panorama on the Umbrian Valley. The house is very old, stone built and perhaps in ancient time it was a shepherd home. It has been completely restored following Umbrian style and is the ideal place to enjoy silence, sun and wonderful holidays.

| Other: | There is a comfortable sofa where you can rest, waiting for dinner or watch at the television just in front. A big fireplace stands in the middle of the main wall and can be used if necessary to heat the entire house or only to create a magic atmosphere. |

The little village of Rubbiano is located in one of the numerous hills that surround Spoleto. A little church at the bottom is a peculiarity that makes this village unique of its kind. Rubbiano is only four km far from Spoleto and in a few minutes you can reach its centre. Spoleto is one of most ancient towns of Umbria and is well known all over the world thanks to its cultural events: The Festival of Two Worlds and its opera season. In summertime there is the opportunity to attend to numerous concerts and ballets. Its location is perfect for day trips to other Umbrian towns such as Assisi, Spello, Trevi, Todi and, of course, Perugia. You can also get to Rome by train in less than an hour and a half. Public pool at 5 kms, Torricella Pool. Spoleto offer all kind of shops and restaurants. You can visit all of Umbria from here.
