The perfectly renovated Nurillo Trullo with private 7 x 15m. pool, lies only 3kms from the centre of the fascinating trulli Town of Alberobello and is situated in its own 2 acres of land, with olive trees, cherrys and almonds all this is surrounded by a most beautiful rural area ideal for walking and cycling (mountain bikes provided). An ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday or a romantic honeymoon in the wonderful region of Puglia at any time of the year, close to the charming towns of Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Noci and Ostuni.

Prices are for the property per week in euros (except where stated).
Changeover day
Change over days are from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival times 4pm, departure 11am. This permits us to thoroughly clean the property.

| Kitchen: | Situated in main part of the trullo in one of the four alcoves in the dining area, complete with cooking equipment, contain small oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board and microwave oven. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room is in the renovated stone vaulted room containing : stone fire place, elegant three seater-settee with matching arm-chairs, satellite TV, DVD, CD player, stereo. Italian and international playing cards along with various games and books. |
| Other: | Dining Room with a joining kitchen is in the main part of the stone trullo and contains: Extendable dining table seating six, six chairs, sideboard containing crockery, set of water and wine glasses, cutlery and table linen. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen, bathroom towels, pool towels, kitchen linen are all included. Initial and final cleaning are included, also gas, electricity and water which we ask you kindly not to waste. Extra cleaning can be arranged but will be considered an extra cost. |
Notes on accommodation
During the winter months when its necessary to use the central heating, the gas consumptions is charged at cost price.

Outside
Lying next to the trullo is a shaded ample terrace with patio furniture and open-air kitchen; sink, hob, work surface and barbecue. Across from the terrace, surrounded by flower beds lies the pool area (200 m2) with 4 sun-beds and umbrella, in the far corner of the pool terrace is the gazebo, and outdoor shower. You will also find 4 mountain bike which will permit you to explore the country lanes or simply ride into Alberbello. The pool is 15m x 7m , shallow end is 1 metre, deep end 2,20 metres. As a safety precaution, around the entire pool is a step for tired swimmers to rest up on.
Caution: All children must be kept under surveillance when in the pool area. The pool will be cleaned twice a week. We kindly ask you to defer from smoking both in the trullo and around the pool area, thank you.
Coast/Beach
The sea is always close by, white sandy beaches and rocky coves are only 20 km away where you will be able discover many little secluded coves and beaches.
Golf
The “San Domenico Golf” is a challenging 18 hole golf course which lies near the small fisherman village of Savelletri, a half an hour drive from our trullo which offers an unforgettable experience for visitors and superb view of the Adriatic Sea from every tee, green and fairway. Bari and Brindsi airports are both about 1hrs drive away, where car hire is available.

We are 5 mins drive or 30 mins walk from Alberobello - UNESCO World Heritage Site.
20/25 mins from the Adriatic coast.
20 mins from Martina Franca - a bustling Baroque town with beautiful historic centre and shops.
Castellana Grotte - largest cave system in Italy.
Locorotondo - 'round town' the beautiful white town specialising in local food & wine.
Ostuni - the white city with stunning views.
Polignano a Mare together with Monopoli are some of many beautiful coastal towns.
Further details
Restaurants - Opening time between 12:30 - 13:00 (Italians tend to arrive around 14:00). Closing time: when the clientele have calmly finished eating. Evening; 19:00 - 20:00, although most people wouldn’t turn up until after 8pm, and during the summer even later.

Petrol stations tend to close one day a week. There are self service stations available where you can use euros, easily found on the main road of Alberobello, and in the village.
Banks: The banks are open most mornings. There are two main banks in Alberobello off the main Piazza. Both have cash/ATM machines, and they can change traveller’s cheques.
Other information - The harvesting of olives takes place around mid-November if you are around during that time you will be able to take part (its not compulsory!) and try our picnic lunch. This also applies to the Cherry picking which takes place at the beginning of June.
Upon arrival you will find waiting for you a welcome basket containing some of the local products and for your first breakfast.
