Annachiara, is situated in the countryside of Anagni which is about 30 minutes by car south of Rome. Naples can be reached in 1.5 hours by car. The house is large and well kept, is on 2 floors and in an area of similar houses. Anagni is a medieval village and has lots of restaurants and a main street full of shops. There are many typical Italian towns nearby like Fiuggi spa town. It is 50 minutes from the nearest beach. The house is suitable for young children and there is plenty of place them to play. There is a basketball net and other games plus bikes to ride.

Prices for the property per week are in euros.
In the colder months the gas that is used you pay what you have consumed. If wood is required for the fireplace this should be paid for separately, cost depending on quantity used.

Arrival and departure is flexible. Extra days at £70 per day if free.

Patio around the house with barbecue and outside shower. Garden with an Italian bowls green for all to use. Plenty of space for children to play in, a basketball net and other games.
Travel
Please note: it is important to arrive by 9.00 pm at the meeting point. Rome airport is 45 minutes drive. A car is recommended and car hire is available at the airport.
