Changeover day
Saturday for us it would be better but is a flexible term. Arrival after 1pm and departure before 11am. If you leave the early morning before 8am the check out will be the day before in a moment as you like.

Outside
No problems for parking one or more cars. Exclusive garden where there is a big barbecue, a gazebo with table and also a cooking room with 4 chairs and two sun beds. In San Casciano there is a big public swimming pool.
Coast/Beach
In one hour and half of driving it's possible to arrive in Tuscany coast (Versilia or Maremma) and to spend some hour on the beach with a beautiful sea.
Golf
At 19 Km there is Glof Club "Ugolino" site between Greve in Chianti and Florence.
Special interest holidays
It is very nice to go on bike rides (at your disposal there are 3 mountain bikes in garden) spending much time in the Chianti countryside.

Booking notes
We need a 30% at the moment of reservation (bank deposit or paypal). After receiving your advance payment, we will send by e-mail your confirmation voucher, but please send us a message after making the wire as our bank needs 2/4 days to collect it. We shall require Euro 200,00 on your arrival in cash, check or traveller’s checks as security deposit. This security deposit is returned the morning of your scheduled departure date.
