Residenze l'Alberata

Six comfortable apartments, one of which is equipped for use by the handicapped, are named Fabiola, Chiara, Elena, Anna, Luisa and Giulia, after the women of the household, from grandmother down to the youngest granddaughter. Each apartment is distinguished by a colour coordinated decor which reflects the Umbrian landscape. Each unit has a full kitchen, living room, full bath plus bedroom. All the apartments have air conditioning and internet access.

Notes on accommodation
In addition each unit has air conditioning, individually controlled heating, microwave oven, window screens, internet access and complete kitchen service is provided.
We offer the possibility of providing breakfast, lunch and dinner for our guests by pre arrangement. In addition our food store can provide a full menu of groceries and prepared foods.

Accessibility
A unit is available with complete wheelchair access, with parking and entrance via ramp.

Outside
Each apartment has a semi-private sitting area, with seating and tables.
A swimming pool is available for guests off site. Please contact us for details in the summer season.

Residenze l'Alberata is located thirty minutes by car from Lake Trasimeno, Italy's second largest fresh water lake.

In addition speciality meals can be arranged with a in house food specialist where local specialties such as truffles, porcini mushrooms and Chianina beef which is raised locally.
