The apartment is air-conditioned in the summer and centrally heated in the winter.

A small garden area is outside the apartment which can be used for eating, socialising, reading etc.
Coast/Beach
Colleoli is 45 minutes from the fashionable resort of Viareggio and Forte del Marmi. The quieter beaches of Marina di Pisa are 35 minutes away.
Golf
There is a superb 18 hole golf course at Castelfalfi which is 30 minutes drive away.
Travel
The nearest airport is Pisa with flights from many UK airports. Pisa airport is about 35 minutes drive away.
Distances
The medieval town of Palaia is about 3 km away, with the large town of Pontedera about 15 km distant. The tourist destinations of San Gimignano and Volterra are about 20km. Siena is well worth a visit and is about 1 hours drive. Florence is about 50 minutes by train from the nearest station. Driving is not recommended in Florence.
Further details
There are many local restaurants in all price ranges, full details of which can be obtained from the Concierge on site. There is also an excellent restaurant within the Borgo as well as the Enoteca (bar/cafe) that provides breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We require 25% (non refundable) deposit to secure the booking – payable with the booking.
Full payment (including £100 refundable deposit) payable 6 weeks before arrival.
Our cancellation policy is: 6 weeks before arrival 75% + £100 deposit refunded.
Less than 6 weeks notice, refund £100 deposit only.
