Coast/Beach
From the house you could easily reach the 20km beaches of the Etruscan Coast (only 10 mins with the car).
You could find a large pinewood and a nice sandy beach, private or free.
Distances
The next Tuscan village of Montescudaio is only 2km far from the house. In the village you could find some shops and some very good restaurants. You have there also the services such as bank and post office. We are located in the heart of Tuscany, the central part of the region so you could easily reach the most interesting place such as: Pisa and Volterra (30 minutes). Siena and Florence (1 hour).
