Al Parco apartment qualifies as one of the most convenient rentals in Bologna and private parking is provided in the yard, which is completely fenced and 100% safe for the kids. Al Parco has been furnished at the top of love and zest with mostly antique, craft furniture and furnishing. Particular attention has been paid to the details, among which the many paintings, etchings and various pictures stand up for their beauty and taste. Air conditioning and major appliances are included as well as ADSL internet connection is available and included in the price. The city centre, railroad station and the Fiera district are at walking distance. A newly-built shopping mall with an indoor swimming pool, gym, bars, restaurants, stores and shops of all kind is just around the corner. From here you can easily reach any spots in town: the bus stop is less than 50m.

Al Parco features two large, very tidy bathrooms, one with a tub and a shower, the other with a shower.
Both with WC, bidet, sink etc.
Bath towels are provided at no extra cost. |

The kitchen is large and fully equipped with all possible cooking utensils. Linens, silver ware, dishes etc. are provided together with all major appliances - cooking range/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, iron, washing machine etc. |

The house is fully equipped with everything is needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. ADSL fast internet connection is provided and included in the price. |
| Living Rooms: |
Like the rest of the house, the living room has been furnished and decorated with the best possible art and crafts objects and furniture, some antique. The sofabed is a double and a single foldup bed can be added. There is a view over the park. |

Outside
Al Parco features its own safe, free private parking spot. Fenced, gated yard is 100% safe for the kids. Overlooks the park with a very large (30m2) terrace, a great spot for your alfresco dining (garden furniture is provided). Very spacious (about 110sqm).
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach is Ravenna 90km. Very convenient through the Tangenziale highway about 1km.
Golf
The closest golf course is about 18km. (Castel San Pietro) and is very convenient from the apartment via Tangenziale highway about 1km.
Special interest holidays

Travel
Nearest airport: Bologna Marconi (BLQ) 6km. Alternate: Bologna Forlì 50km. Both easily reachable through the Tangenziale highway about 1km. No car necessary and/or recommended in Bologna.
Distances
Distances by train (recommended): Ferrara, Ravenna, Modena-Maranello (Ferrari museum) 40 mins. Florence, Parma, Padua, Rimini: 55 mins. Venice, Milan; 110 mins. Pisa, Rome 160 mins.
Further details
The railroad station and the Fiera District are at walking distance. A newly-built shopping mall with an indoor swimming pool, a gym, bars, restaurants, stores and shops of all kind is just around the corner.
Walk to the center, the fairground, the railroad station. If you don't feel like, the bus stop is right there - it will take you to all spots in town in minutes. The service runs 24 hours/day and rides are very frequent - 6-8 mins.

The area is so convenient and nice, typical Bolognese with everything at hand -- I could reach the center in minutes, the fairground is really at walking distance and so is the station. Everything in the house was as described, but pictures don't do the place justice, it is much nicer than you see on the internet. Great terrace, great decoration, I was really impressed.
