Casa Roberta is a recently restored traditional farmhouse in a private setting on the south side of a peaceful valley among its own olive groves and vineyard. There is plenty of space for leisurely meals for 12 people on the covered terrace or in the shade of an adjacent overhanging tree. Steps lead down to the large sun terrace by the 12m x 6m heated pool with grass and a shady tree beyond. Principal internal features include a very spacious ground floor and two master bedrooms with equally large ensuite bathrooms (bath, walk in shower, basin, wc and bidet). There is a full size table football inside for extra entertainment. Unfortunately, photographs cannot truly convey the atmosphere and the spectacular views of the Sibilini mountains.

Casa Roberta is situated in the hamlet of Sant'Angelo in Paterno with one small shop for basic needs (5 min drive).
A 10 minute drive will get you to the villages of Urbisaglia and Colmurano, (both can be seen from the house), with more shops, restaurants and bars. The larger town of Tolentino (15 min) provides a wide range of shops and restaurants.
Further details
The provincial capital of Macerata with its summer opera festival is a 20 minute drive away. The beach is an easy 30 minutes and the Sibilini mountains, with relatively simple skiing, are about 40 minutes. Lake Fiastra, a beautiful lake for swimming in the Sibilini is a similar distance.

We loved everything about it - its position and, especially, its views, the breezes, the pool, accessibility to where we wanted to go, its style (and the fact that you have not cut corners for the rental market) and, speaking for myself, the lovely big bathrooms.
We loved your fantastic house and its position and really enjoyed our week there. The farmhouse has everything anyone could need and was beautifully furnished and equipped. The views were just magnificent.
The house has loads of character, is perfectly maintained in all respects, is extremely clean and comfortable, has spectacular views and benefits from a gorgeous heated pool (warm enough in May). In summary, eleven very satisfied customers found Casa Roberta very hard to leave behind and will return.
