If you are not driving yourself, our free shuttle bus will bring you to the villa, located on top of Monte Albano overlooking the Arno Valley and the village of Vinci, hometown of Leonardo da Vinci. Villa Rossa provides scenic views of the rolling hills of Tuscany and is pleasantly surrounded by history, religion, the best cycling Italy has to offer and of course wine. Only meters away from the Villa of Pope Julius II (the same pope that commissioned the Sistine Chapel) art lovers have not got far to go to see some great pieces of work. Plus with the church of the patron saint of cyclists nearby; Saint Baronto, cyclists will be sure to have a safe vacation as he watches over them. Located 30 mins away from Florence, in the scenic Tuscan Hills. We provide many different room types from doubles to family sized apartments, we have it all. Located within the villa is a restaurant, swimming pool and 2 bars that will surely keep you entertained.

This apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen including fireplace, dining area, 2 living rooms that double as extra bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with double beds one with private bath and one shared bathroom with tub. From the upper living room you have access to the private roof terrace.

This house comes complete with kitchen, fireplace, bathroom with shower only, a single bedroom, a double bed room and an extra bed in the living room in a split level independent building located next to the reception, restaurant and garden terrace areas. You will also have an outdoor terrace next to your house. This house can sleep from 2 to 4 people.

Appartamento Rosmarino (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6/8)

This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment that is provided with a fully equipped kitchen and a living/dining area that doubles as a third bedroom. One bedroom has a double bed while the other has 2 double beds and a private bath. The living room, if you prefer, could double as the extra bedroom to bring the total cap of Rosmarino to 8. Very comfortable for a party of 6 or 8.

Casale Cavallino (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2/3)

Casale Cavallino is our honeymoon suite! This is a one bedroom split level house. Cavallino comes equipped with a kitchen, large fireplace in the living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower only. A uniquely designed stone sofa doubles as an extra bed in the living room to bring the total sleeping cap to 3. A very comfortable house for 2 or 3 people.

Accommodation can suite couples, families and friends. Most of our houses are equipped with fireplaces.
Accessibility
Unfortunately, we are not wheelchair friendly.
Outside
We have olive groves and vineyards with walking trails, large patios on each house, garden areas and a pool with a poolside bar and BBQ area.
Coast/Beach
40 mins from the Tuscan coastline. Easy access to the port in Pisa and Livorno Ferry port via the Fi-Pi-Li high-way and the autostrade.
Golf
5km from the villa is a public municipal 18 hole golf course.
Travel
We provide a free shuttle from the Pisa airport (appox 30 mins) Florence airport Empoli train station(a stop on the pisa/florence trainline from pisa airport)and from the Santa Maria Novella train station in Florence (30 mins).
After you book we will contact you to arrainge your free pick up.

Further details
We have a market on the villa as well as a restaurant and 2 bars. We offer guided van and bike tours of the area, plus bike rentals. Close to the villa is Vinci, with the museum of Leonardo da Vinci housing some of his greatest works. As well as the villa of Pope Julius II, the same pope that commissioned the Sistine Chapel.
The Church of Saint Baronto, the saint of cyclist is located 2km away and is the first stop on our guided bike tour.
Some of the most famous thermal springs in Italy are only a short 10 min car ride away at Monte Catini.
Enjoy a stroll through our vineyards and olive groves, cool off in our pool while sipping on your favourite drink form our poolside bar, or simply sit down and relax in our garden enjoying the scenic views of the Arno Valley.
