Changeover day
Changeover day during the high season is Saturday to Saturday, there is flexibility during the other seasons. Arrival time is 2pm until 6pm, departure time 9.30 am.

Notes on accommodation
The apartments have central heating and is to be paid on consumption. Baby beds and high chairs are available.

Outside
There is a 6m x 12 m swimming pool in the garden amongst the vineyards and olive groves which is 100m from the apartment to guarantee privacy and comfort and it shared between the guests. Each apartment has it's own private terrace with garden table and chairs, sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a handy car park in the shade very close to the apartments. There is also a common barbeque.

The nearest beach is at 80km.

Golf
There are golf courses in Colle Val d’Elsa at 10 km; Castelfalfi at 40 km and Florence at 35 km.

Booking notes
To book an apartment a deposit of 30% is required to be paid by credit card or bank transfer or other modality. The balance is to be paid on arrival. A deposit of 150.00 euro is required and will be returned if no damages have been found.
