The villa lies on a hill where you can admire this enchanting view; just like a postcard. From the terraces you can see the ruins of an old castle, Tuscan cottages, olive groves, vineyards and the perfectly preserved Paneretta's Castle that dates back to the XV century. Ideally located, very peaceful, all facilities, well decorated, entirely renovated. Near to Florence, Siena and San Gimignano.

Changeover day
Changeover day during the high season is Saturday to Saturday, there is flexibility during the other seasons. Arrival time is 2pm until 6pm, departure time 9.30 am.

The apartment has central heating and is to be paid on consumption. Baby beds and high chairs are available.
Outside
There is a 6m x 12 m swimming pool in the garden amongst the vineyards and olive groves which is 100m from the apartment to guarantee privacy and comfort and it shared between the guests. The apartment has own private terrace with garden table and chairs, sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a handy car park in the shade very close to the apartments. There is also a common barbecue.

About the owner
My name is Rosita and I was born in Monteriggioni, a town enclosed by medieval boundary walls mentioned by Dante in 'La Divina Commedia'. Here I spent my childhood and girlhood until I got married to my husband Luciano. By the way, we had two twins from our marriage. I have always had a passion for the countryside and country life in general. Later on I moved to a city in Tuscany, in the province. At the end of the Nineties, finally my dreams came true: I managed to move with my husband and children to a house in the open countryside, a truly enchanting place. This is where we created our little family-owned accommodation facility, composed of only four apartments. I spend most of my time alone with my husband at our farm 'La Cipresseta', since we have become empty nesters.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
My passion for the countryside drove me and my family to acquire the property. Settling down in the Chianti Classico area was like making a dream come true; we were immediately enraptured by this breathtaking land, the landscape, the surrounding nature with the magnificent nature reserve of the Cipresseta (cypress thicket) of Sant'Agnese. The minute we saw the location of the property, with its landscape, its cypress wood, the view over the hills, vineyards and cypress thicket, we were utterly fascinated and enthralled. The house has a particular charm of its own;we redesigned and refurbished the structure to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with the aim of offering our guests the possibility to appreciate the Tuscan countryside and enjoy a taste of natural and relaxing country life
Unique benefits of the property
Our small-scale tourist facility with a limited number of guests favors a more comfortable use of common spaces, especially the swimming pool; strategic position of our property (probably the best in the Chianti area) is an ideal starting point to discover and explore Tuscany and its main towns and villages; we do our best to provide quality services at a reasonable price.
Each apartment is fully equipped with a dining and relax area and has its own private garden situated on the same level with direct access. The property is immersed in the green, in the midst of a peaceful and quiet environment and protected against disturbing noise both day and night.
You can reach any town in a blink, right in time for dinner or a simple evening walk by driving comfortably along well-paved roads.
