The villa is located in medieval town of Santa Maria di Castellabate, about 200 meters from the seaside and 800 meters from the centre of the town. It has a romantic view of the sea and the villa is completely surrounded by the green and by bright weather. It is possible to see the Amalfi coast and the islands of Capri and Ischia. We stay at a walking distance from the nice villages of Santa Maria and San Marco that can be reached with a short walk on the waterfront. The sea has clear, warm and shallow water, ideal for children too.

Changeover day
The villa is rented on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday - but we have flexibility with change-over day, please ask). Please arrive after 2pm, depart before 10am.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is about 60 sq.m. and includes a large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a big bathroom. Provided is a terrace with dinner furniture about 30 sq.m. A parking place is just outside the apartment. The apartment have a big sun lounger, ceiling fan in the bedrooms and a private terrace with a nice barbecue. This property is suitable for children.

The Cilento National Park has been recognised by the UNESCO since 1998 as part of the World Heritage with the following justification: 'The Cilento is an outstanding cultural landscape. The dramatic groups of sanctuaries and settlements along its three east–west mountain ridges vividly portray the area's historical evolution: it was a major route not only for trade, but also for cultural and political interaction during the prehistoric and medieval periods. The Cilento was also the boundary between the Greek colonies of Magna Graecia and the indigenous Etruscan and Lucanian peoples. The remains of two major cities from classical times, Paestum and Velia, are found there (…) as well as the impressive monastic property of the Certosa di San Lorenzo in Padula.'
Booking notes
The villa is rented on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday - but we have flexibility with changeover day, please ask). The prices listed are for 5 people. The rent includes water, electricity, gas, sheets, towels and final cleaning. Heating on request, at a cost of 7 euro/day. There is a charge of 7 euro/day for heating in the period from November to March. If you are interested in reserving the apartment, the down-payment is 30% of the price and can be paid by bank transfer.

'Hello! Everything is OK in Norway and trip back was OK. Tobias slept all the way to Napoli in Ricardos car and was happy on the plane! We had an awesome, wonderful time in your villa. 3 generations the first week was no problem - 6 people and everyone had their own bed. Remember to keep both upstairs apartments for me end of May next year! Thanks for everything - your hospitality, fish snacks, pasta Al Forno, pasta and beans, barbecue and brilliant housing plus view, 3 1/2 weeks! Give our best to mom and wife as well.
