The Villa is located in medieval town of Santa Maria di Castellabate, about 200 meters from the seaside and 800 meters from the centre of the town. It has a romantic view of the sea and the villa is completely surrounded by the green; by bright weather, is it possible to see the Amalfi coast and the islands of Capri and Ischia. The apartment includes a large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a big bathroom. The apartment is provided of bedlinen and towels, kitchen stuff, satellite TV, washing machine, terrace with dinner furniture of 30 m2 and a parking place at 1 meter of the apartment. Every apartment have a big sun lounger, ceiling fan in the bedrooms and a private terrace with a nice barbecue.You can also enjoy free Internet access. We stay at a walking distance from the nice villages of Santa Maria and San Marco that can be reached with a short walk on the waterfront. The sea has clear, warm and shallow water, ideal for children too.

Changeover day
The villa is rented on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday - but we have flexibility with change-over day, please ask). Please arrive after 2pm, depart before 10am.

'Hello! Everything is OK in Norway and trip back was OK. Tobias slept all the way to Napoli in Ricardos car and was happy on the plane! We had an awesome, wonderful time in your villa. 3 generations the first week was no problem - 6 people and everyone had their own bed. Remember to keep both upstairs apartments for me end of May next year! Thanks for everything - your hospitality, fish snacks, pasta Al Forno, pasta and beans, barbecue and brilliant housing plus view, 3 1/2 weeks! Give our best to mom and wife as well. About the owner
I live in Salerno with my wife and my mother. My wife and I both work, but spend every weekend in Santa Maria di Castellabate. My mother live in the Villa about for 4 months. She is an excellent cook and often prepared dishes for our guests.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
My father built the villa in the 70's for our holiday to the sea. The villa, located in the heart of the Park of Cilento and surrounded by a Mediterranean pine forest, was completely renovated in 2005. The total area of approximately 400 square meters has been divided into 4 apartments with independent entrances. The owner (my mother) lives in one of four apartments.
