Private, but not isolated, La Casetta Rosa is close to outstanding restaurants, wineries, and historic sites, as well as grocery stores and other services. La Casetta Rosa offers ceiling fans in bedrooms and living areas; window screens; two covered outdoor dining areas, plus sitting areas outside; second bedroom has balcony; extra charge for central heating. The house is comfortable and homey, beautifully decorated with Italian and American antiques, hand painted ceramics from Deruta, lots of books for vacation reading. There is a library of DVDs and CDs, plus sheet music for the house piano.

Accessibility
La Casetta's ground floor bedroom is suitable for those with mobility challenges; main entryway and entry to terrace have no steps. The bathroom is not large enough for wheelchair use, but is big enough to use a walker.
Outside
La Casetta's private pool, 4 x 3 m, 1.5 m deep, has panoramic views, seats at one end, excellent for children and relaxing. The jets soothe tired muscles after a long day of sightseeing. The pool can easily be seen from house, rather than away down a hill, so parents can easily see young children in the pool from the house and do not have to take toys and towels down a flight of steps. Older people can easily reach the pool and bbq area from the house. There is an outdoor sink for washing up BBQ items or tiny hands, a barbeque fireplace under a covered terrace; beautiful ceramic dining table under vine-covered pergola which seats 8; the garden very private and quiet; front courtyard for parking has privacy gates.

Easy day trips to Florence, Terni, Mediterranean and Adriatic beaches. National parks and walking trails nearby.
