Changeover day
We endeavour to be as flexible as possible regarding arrival days as it might be a lot cheaper for you to fly on say a Monday or Friday. If possible we will cater for less than 7 days.

Notes on accommodation
Ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Gas heater and corner log fire for winter visitors.
Accessibility
Property has narrow spiral staircase and is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users and people of limited physical ability.
Outside
Upstairs balcony has two reclining chairs, downstairs balcony has table and chairs (seats four). Both balconies have south facing views.
Coast/Beach
For the nearest beach you have a choice of Isola Rossa, Badesi or Vignola all approx 25 minutes by car. But if you're feeling adventurous the coastal road is just 20 minutes away and is dotted with deserted beaches and hidden coves waiting to be discovered.If you want a quiet cove for snorkeling S.Silvestro which is about 1Km east of Vignola should suit,for waves and body boarding take a right about 1Km after passing water park as you head down to Issola Rossa, lots of options.
Golf
The region of Gallura where the property is based boasts 2 golf courses - Puntaldia and Pevero.
Travel
Nearest airports are Olbia approx 40 mins by car, and Alghero approx 1 hour by car. I can send you the rout we take to house from either. Some car rentals now seem to want a credit rather than debit card and you must have your pin number, and the person booking must have their driving licence with them.
Distances
Main street of village is a 4 minute walk away. Nearest town of Tempio Pausania is approx 10 minutes by car and has some really good restaurants. The roads in the centre of Tempio are narrow so best bet is to park just outside and walk in.
Further details
Aggius is well served for a small village in terms of local shops and bars. It also has a restaurant, just a short walk from the house. If you're the outdoors type there is also the opportunity to go horse trekking and hunting at Il Muto di Gallura centre, just outside the village. Nearby Isola Rossa has a newly built acqua park guaranteed to bring out your inner child, and if it's water sports your after there's plenty to occupy you on the many local beaches. Alternatively why not pamper yourself with a visit to the recently opened health spa close to Tempio Pausania's Rinaggiu Springs.It might be worth just spending a day in the village and walking to the lake ( 10 min walk ) with stale bread just to watch the terrapins, fish and ducks fighting over it. The museum is only a 5 min. walk, or just wander through the back streets and get slightly lost.
Booking notes
Bookings will be confirmed via email. A deposit of £50 must be paid in the form of a cheque, sent to the address provided on confirmation of your booking. This amount will be reimbursed to you on your return to the UK minus the cost of any damage or breakages. The rental cost of £375 must be paid before the beginning of your stay. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit and immediate cancellation of your booking.

Just a quick note before getting back into the real world.Thank you for the rental of your house at Aggius, our stay was very comfortable. We had an excellent holiday and last weekend caught the festival there. The village was lovely and so friendly. So much so that one gent gave us a gift of home made sugero. His hobby is fashioning bowls etc from cork and kindly gave us a set a few hours before we left. Ciao e grazie Kim and Colin Wells, South Wales
