Changeover day
We endeavour to be as flexible as possible regarding arrival days. If possible we will cater for less than 7 days but the cost for cleaning etc. will be included.

Bedlinen is included in the price and will be delivered to the property once a week - at the beginning of your stay and every seven days thereafter. A cleaner is also employed to arrive at the end of each rental period regardless of duration. |

Accessibility
Property has narrow spiral staircase and is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users and people of limited physical ability.
Outside
Upstairs balcony has two reclining chairs, downstairs balcony has table and chairs (seats four). Both balconies have south facing views.
Coast/Beach
The nearest town beach in Isola Rossa is approx 25 minutes by car. But if you're feeling adventurous the coastal road is just 20 minutes away and is dotted with deserted beaches and hidden coves waiting to be discovered.
Golf
The region of Gallura where the property is based boasts 2 golf courses - Puntaldia and Pevero.
Travel
Nearest airports are Olbia approx 30 mins by car, and Alghero approx 1 hour by car.
Distances
Main street of village is a 4 minute walk away. Nearest town of Tempio Pausania is approx 10 minutes by car.
Further details
Aggius is well served for a small village in terms of local shops and bars. It also has two restaurants, both just a short walk from the house. If you're the outdoors type there is also the opportunity to go horse trekking and hunting at Il Muto di Gallura centre, just outside the village. Nearby Isola Rossa has a newly built acqua park guaranteed to bring out your inner child, and if it's water sports your after there's plenty to occupy you on the many local beaches. Alternatively why not pamper yourself with a visit to the recently opened health spa close to Tempio Pausania's Rinaggiu Springs.
Booking notes
Bookings will be confirmed via email. A deposit of £50 must be paid in the form of a cheque sent to the address provided on confirmation of your booking. This amount will be reimbursed to you on your return to the UK minus the cost of any damage or breakages. The rental cost of £350 must be paid before the beginning of your stay. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit and immediate cancellation of your booking.

Just a quick note before getting back into the real world.Thank you for the rental of your house at Aggius, our stay was very comfortable. We had an excellent holiday and last weekend caught the festival there. The village was lovely and so friendly. So much so that one gent gave us a gift of home made sugero.
