From the house you can enjoy views of the Adriatic Sea, with it’s beaches at only 4 km away (1km as the crow flies) reachable in 5 minutes by car.
Golf
In the neighbourhood there is a small golf course (4 km away).
Travel
Ancona airport 80km away. Pescara airport 80km away. In the airports car rental is available. There are daily flights
( Ryan Air) from London Stansted to Ancona.
Distances
It’ s possible to visit historical towns in the area such as Fermo (20 km away and reachable in 30 minutes by car), Ascoli Piceno (the capital of the province is 50 km away and reachable in 45 to 60 minutes by car). Other small villages such as Montefiore, Ripatransone, Offida are easily reached.
