“Le Breccie Bianche” farmhouse is situated in Massignano (Ascoli Piceno) It is a typical farmhouse of the Le Marche region. The house has recently been renovated into 2 one bedroom apartments according to the local traditions. Massignano is internal to the most important footwear district of Italy (you can choose personalized shoes) and in the surroundings (Montappone) there’s an important handcraft site for the hats production. There are also various summer and traditional feast where you can appreciate local typical products and you can see medieval customs of the place.

Changeover day is Saturday, checkout before 10am, available after 4pm.

Ideal place for children of all ages. A very quiet and tranquil setting.

The house is surrounded by an olive grove. Table and chairs for outside eating. There's a car parking outside the property.
Coast/Beach
From the house you can enjoy views of the Adriatic Sea, with it’s beaches at only 4 km away (1km as the crow flies) reachable in 5 minutes by car. The main beaches as Grottammare, San Benedetto del Tronto and Porto San Giorgio are attainable in 20 minutes by car.
Golf
In the neighbourhood there is a 9 holes golf course (3 km away).

You can purchase our home made vegetables and olive oil from the farm.
Travel
Ancona airport 80km away. Pescara airport 80km away. In the airports car rental is available. There are daily flights (Ryanair) from London Stansted to Ancona.
Distances
It’ s possible to visit historical towns in the area such as Fermo (20 km away and reachable in 30 minutes by car), Ascoli Piceno (the capital of the province is 50 km away and reachable in 45 to 60 minutes by car). Other small villages such as Montefiore, Ripatransone, Offida are easily reached.
Further details
In the area (mostly on the coast) there are many supermarkets, local shoe shops etc. Also pizzerias, restaurants and bars, all reachable by car. The environment is perfect for people who love nature and quiet holidays, away from noise and pollution.
