In the first years of 1900, the Cav. Mastinu and his family, gave start to the agricultural firm of S'ena and Janas (the cave of the fairies) in the sour one of Tresnuraghes (Oristano) on an ownership of 35 hectares, along the valley of the Rio Mannu. The original production of the firm consisted in the exploitation of the agrumeto and in the breeding of pasture livestock. In the years '80, continuing the tradition of the Cav. Mastinu, his son in law, Antonio Deriu, has optimized the integration of modern techniques of exploitation of the territory with his maximum respect. 'S'Ortu 'e su Riu' Agritourism offers the possibility of experiencing life in the country, to walk to the shade of the Nuraghe that dominates the valley of Rio Mannu and to to the shade of the ulivis. The seaside is only 10 mins drive and the cost in this area particularly beautiful and unexplored. Antonio Deriu and his family will be to disposition, to offer an efficient service and to furnish useful information.

| The 2 apartments have 4 sleeps each and their own kitchen and bathroom. They are placed near the Nuraghe that dominates the valley of the Rio Mannu, to few minutes of walk from the restaurant (100 seats), where you can taste the true tastes of the Sardinian cuisine. | |

Each room and apartment is provided with heating and air-conditioning. Accommodation is suitable for children.
Accessibility
The property is suitable for people with mobility problems. One double room has been specially constructed for wheelchair users.

The property includes gardens, patios, outdoor furniture and a garage.
Coast/Beach
The coast is 10 minutes driving and it is constituted from rocks and wonderful little bays. The most accessible beaches are Porto Alabe (5 km) and Bosa Marina (7 km).
Travel
Alghero Airport is the nearest and it is 50 km far. The airports of Olbia and Cagliari are 180 km far. The nearest port (Porto Torres) is 100 km far. Also Olbia and Cagliari have their ports. Car hire (or use of car) is essential.
Distances
The nearest village is Tresnuraghes, where you can find any shop, internet point, bar, pizzeria, etc. Bosa is 7 km far and has a very interesting historical centre.
