Notes on accommodation
Villa Gina is ideal for large groups of family or friends, and for two families. With three bedrooms on each floor, and three bath/shower rooms all together, the Villa provides very flexible accommodation.
The villa has a second living room and balcony on the top floor. This living room includes a traditional Tuscan fireplace, a table and four chairs plus a comfortable sofa to enjoy a moment or two away from the main communal areas. The balcony provides a beautiful sitting-out area - ideal for relaxing with a book during the day, enjoying a pre-dinner drink, or simply for chatting with like-minded people - and provides a stunning backdrop with spectacular views of mountains and the valley below.
Accessibility
Regrettably the house is not especially well-suited for people with limited mobility. Whilst the house has parking immediately adjacent to the property, the house is arranged across three floors with traditional stone stairs between them. The outside area is also arranged on three levels, with steps between the different areas.
Outside
Villa Gina has large gardens arranged on two levels, well-separated from the parking area (on a third level). The gardens showcase from some of the best views in the area. These provide a stunning backdrop to inside/outside living, allowing you to enjoy the best of both worlds. There is a combination of outside table and chairs, parasols, shades and sun-loungers to accommodate twelve people. Ideal for sun-lounging, sitting in the shade, eating al fresco and playing, there is even a hammock for those who want to enjoy the gentle swaying in the breeze in the shade of the trees.
