Outdoor there is a private garden, which were recently renovated while conserving intact the charm and features of the ancient Tuscan farmhouses. The apartment has a kitchen, large bathroom with shower, period furniture, with attention to every detail. The thick walls of the holiday house allow you to enjoy the pleasant coolness of summer holidays and warmth during winter stays. Gelso is a 90 m² apartment with beautiful and picturesque attic with skylight. The accommodation is composed of large and comfortable living room with sofas, a practical kitchen slightly removed from the sitting room, a beautiful double room with a window overlooking the garden and an attic with two (or 3) beds. Outdoor there is the area with tables and deckchair.

The outdoor area is composed of a large garden (with a green carpet of grass, many varieties of flowers and garden furinture with tables to eat outdoors and a deckchair to relax in). A splendid swimming pool (measuring 6 x 12 m) from which you can enjoy a spectacular view over San Gimignano. Around the swimming pool there are lounge chairs, large parasols, large green space and hedges of roses. Podere Monti is surrounded by hedges of laurel, a 300 years holm oaks and by big cypresses. Beyond the garden there are 5 hectares of green fields and a woodpark where you can take relaxing walks, treks or cycles for lovers of mountain bikes.

The city is of human dimensions and has maintained intact the charm of a medieval town, with its alleys that wind around the heart of the city, the renowned Piazza del Campo.
