This cozy flat is located right in the city center, in the former Monastery of Santa Reparata that dates back to the XV century. It is only a few minutes walking away from San Lorenzo church and all the most important monuments. In spite of this convenient central location, it is very quiet, especially during the night. The apartment is about 85 square mts. It has been recently renovated with wooden floors and is fully furnished. It is suitable for 2/4 people and composed of a large living-room with pull-out sofa bed for two people, a kitchen, a bedroom, two bathrooms (one with shower) and a small balcony with a pleasant view on roofs and gardens. Being situated on the 3rd floor (no lift) and facing south, it is extremely lightful in every period of the year. The main railway station (Firenze S.M.N.) is 15 minutes walking. Very close is also the San Lorenzo Market where you can find the best food in town and enjoy a typical florentine atmosphere.
