Booking notes
A booking form will be e-mailed following an enquiry which must be returned within 7 days with a 25% deposit to secure a booking. The final payment is required 8 weeks before the rental is due to start with a security deposit of £250. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of the end of the rental assuming there is no damage to the house or its contents.
