Our recently restored townhouse is located in the heart of Lancianovecchia, one of the 4 quarters that comprise the medieval city of Lanciano. Only a few minutes stroll from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Ponte, Porta San Biagio (11th century), the only gate remaining of the nine once existing and many other historical sites, bars, restaurants and shops. In spite of this convenient central location, it is very quiet, especially during the night. It has been recently renovated to a high standard and is fully furnished. There is ample free parking and the train/bus stations are within walking distance. The house has a beautiful private roof terrace with views across the roof tops and is the perfect place for a leisurely breakfast or evening drinks.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday with departure by 10.00am and arrival after 3.00pm. Flexible change over days available.

The beautiful unspoilt Adriatic coast is only 10 minutes drive away. There are both sandy and pebbly beaches within a few minutes drive of each other.

Travel
Pescara airport is only 25 minutes drive away (currently serviced by Ryanair). Ancona airport is 2 hour drive away.
Rome airports are between 2 and 3 hour drive away. Airport transfers available please ask at the time of booking. The house is within walking distance of both the train and bus stations. The train runs regularly to the coast, Pescara/North and Vasto/South. The bus runs inland to the outlying towns/villages, to the coast, Rome and beyond.
