The villa is set in some of the most stunning countryside that this beautiful region has to offer. Just a few minute drive from the historic town of Montalto (which literally translates as high hill) you have the luxury of being in a peaceful location with the ability to be in a bustling town in just 10 minutes. The villa is set over two floors and has a covered patio area with table and chairs and barbecue which is great for family dining. The lounge very large and covers and area of 30 square metres. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a washing machine so if you so desire there will be one less thing to do when you get home!

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros. The prices above are for a maximum of 5 people. If there are 6 guests please add 80 euro per week for the 6th person. Stays of more than 3 weeks are entitled to a discount.
Changeover day
You can arrive and leave on days to suit you to take advantage of cheap mid week flights all year except in July and August when the changeover day is Saturday.

Accessibility
The public access road to the accommodation is not suitable for wheelchair access.
Outside
The is a private garden with seating and table. You will also have a patio with a large table which is excellent for family meals and is covered in the VERY unlikely event that you have the odd shower. You will also have wooden barbecue with free wood and it is also possible to pick vegetables and fruit from our chemical free garden.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is at Pedaso (20 minutes from the property by car) and the Adriatic coast in Le Marche has over 128km of beaches to choose from, many of which have blue flag status.
Travel
The nearest airports are Ancona and Pescara, both are just over 1 hour from the property. Hire of a car is essential for exploring this part of the region and if you are feeling energetic we can also provide you with free bike hire.

Montalto delle Marche - 10 minutes. Montedinove - 15 minutes. Ascoli Piceno - 30 minutes. Ripatransone - 25 minutes. Assisi - 2 hours. Frasassi Caves -1 hour 45 minutes.
Further details
Our nearest town is Montalto which has a wide selection of shops, a bank, post office, mini market. On a Wednesday there is a local market (for the local population so not at all touristy) selling all sorts of fresh Italian produce. There are a number of Agriturismi in the area which are great for dining at very reasonable prices and they offer the freshest of ingredients locally grown.
