Prices are for the property per week in euros.
Prices shown are based on 5 guests, for each extra guest there is a supplement of 50 euros per week. Infants below 3 years are free.
At Easter, Christmas and New Year there will be a supplement of 100 eur per week. During Winter there is a supplement for heating costs.
Guests are kindly requested to leave the house within 11am. and to enter not before 5pm. For longer stays discounts are granted.
Changeover day
I would prefer Saturday or Sunday.

Little fridge on the same floor landing. Beautiful view of surrounding rooftops and hills.
Coast/Beach
Fondi is about 6 miles from the beautiful beaches of Sperlonga and Terracina, boasting the cleanest sea in Italy. The main square with the Fondi castle is full of bars and shops.
Travel
Midway between Rome and Naples - Fondi is located 10 to 15 minutes to many beautiful beaches along the Mediterranean Coast. Perfectly located for day trips to Rome (1 hr 10 min), Naples (1 hr), Amalfi Coast, Capri & Ischia Islands, and many surrounding medieval hilltop towns and seaside villages.
Trains to Rome and Naples depart every hour during the day.

Dear Bruna, I hope you got my text replying to yours and letting you know when we were leaving. We did leave the key as you asked. Thank you for your lovely house. We are already planning our return. The location of the house was wonderful and there is so much we still want to do. Hopefully we will come back in early July next year after my daughters exams finish.

We are now back in the UK! We just wanted to say a big thank you for letting us rent your lovely house last week. We had a great time in Italy; luckily the weather improved and we had two sunny days on the beach at Sperlonga. We managed a train trip to Rome as well as a very long day visiting Vesuvius and Pompei.

My name is Bruna, I have been studying foreign languages and literature at the university in Rome. I am now over 50 and work in the airline industry. I take care of passengers and monitor marketing on account of a German airline. I live in Rome. I am married and have two sons. Both of them are fond of paintings. My daughter has studied at the Art Academy in Rome and my son is trying to enroll in a school of comics in Turin.
I love reading, watching films and jogging even if the time I can spend on these activities is not enough as I am very much involved in my job.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
I have decided to buy this house in Fondi because I found really interesting and fascinating the old town. I like very much the country atmosphere you can taste walking around in these ancient streets where old traditions still remain alive. Moreover the clean see with its wonderful beaches and landscapes are just around the corner. As I am still working I have decided to rent the house for some periods of the year but I still have the possibility to enjoy it during my holidays together with my husband, my daughter and my son and their friends. The house is quite big so there is enough room for all and I can assure that dinner on the terrace in summer season is really beautiful
