Our apartments are in our wonderful and exclusive villa, offering pace and tranquillity and the ideal way to see this wonderful part of Lake Garda. The villa has just been skillfully renovated and converted into three luxury apartments. The apartments look over the villa gardens, olive trees and vineyard and each has breathtaking views of Lake Garda. The villa is in the heart of the countryside between the pretty villages of Manerba and Moniga del Garda. Various shops, bars and restaurants are located a short drive from the villa and a pleasant 10 minute stroll takes you directly to the lake and beach. There is a fully equipped swimming pool with diving board and a covered BBQ area overlooks the pool. Every apartment has a private parking space within the villa and there is internet access in every apartment. There are washing and drying facilities in the villa and we have children’s cots and high chairs available.

Changeover day
We are flexible on changeover days but in high season, do require minimum stays of one week between Saturday and Saturday.

The apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher. There is a modern bathroom with shower and TV and DVD entertainment system and there is a full air conditioning and heating system. The apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed; 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds and a double sofabed in the living room. Bed linen and towels are provided. The swimming pool has plenty of space, sunloungers and a diving board. Every apartment, the gardens and the swimming pool have spectacular lake views.
