Our property is located in a quiet residential area of Treviso. It is set in a large garden with private parking space and entrance. Our first floor apartment has marble floors and is fully furnished. Treviso is a lively welcoming 16th century medieval town of historic interest with canals and beautiful architecture. Shops, bars, restaurants are near by and a health club with swimming pool and tennis court is just 1 km away. It takes just 5 minutes to walk to the train station. A train journey to Venice lasts 30 minutes. Coach trips of 45 minutes will take you to the seaside resort of Jesolo. Car hire companies are near the property. Between the many attractions of the Veneto region I include Verona, the town of Juliet and Romeo, the University town of Padova, the Palladium villas near Verona, the prealps and then the prestigious town of Cortina, in the heart of the Dolomites.

Changeover day

Notes on accommodation
The roof of the house has solar panels and photovoltaic panels to provide some hot water and electricity from the sun.
Hot water, gas for cooking, electricity is included in the rental price but for central heating, if you need to use it, you will pay separately in euro accordingly to how much you have consumed.

Accessibility
The property is accessable by staircase leading to the first floor so it is not suitable for wheelchair users.

The closest sea-side resort is "Jesolo lido". It takes 45 minutes by car or by coach from Treviso. There is also "Lido di Venezia" accessible from Venice by waterbus or ferry.

The nearest airport is Venice-Treviso airport, 4 miles from property, 10 minutes by car. Transport to the property may be provided. There is also Venice-Marco Polo airport at about 40 minutes by car distance to the property.
