An old farmhouse recently renovated in a typical Chianti Classico location but very close to nearest town and to Florence. It's on top of a hill in a countryside location in the florentine Chianti Classico. Very private and peaceful, closest house 200 m.

| Living Rooms: | There a very large ling room at the ground floor in the former stable. Used as a dining room as well. Equipment includes Satellite TV, Stereo, DVD player. |
| Other: | The entrance porch is the most used "room" in the summer season. Bedrooms are all upstairs. |

Towels and lined included, changeover once week on Saturdays for longer stays. Maid service available on request. |

The house is quite fresh in summer, all windows have mosquito screens.

All bedrooms are upstairs, not suitable for wheelchairs users and persons with mobility problems.

The farmhouse is totally independent and has a very wide garden around it. Pool (9,1m x 4,6m) is free standing but partially dug into the ground in a terrace position overlooking Chianti panorama.
The poolside area has a wooden shelter for hot summer days.

Closest beach Viareggio/Forte dei Marmi (110 km), 1,5 hours by motorway.

About the owner
I've owned this house for a very long time (it used to be part of a family estate). I rent it as a side business (I'm a management consultant) and partly use the house myself for some parts of the year. I mostly live in Florence but have a family there helping me manage guests' needs.
