Notes on prices
Prices are per apartment per week in Euros, inclusive of water, electricity, linen, final cleaning, use of pools. In winter heating usage is to be paid locally. Cleaning service during the period of stay is available at extra charge, and the final cleaning of the accommodation at the end of the stay is included in the price. Booking can be made for a week, or multiples thereof (there are discount for this). Expecially in winter and spring weekend bookings are welcomed.

Changeover day

Il Melo

This studio apartment is the twin of Il Pero, on the third floor of the building that houses Il Noce and Il Pero. It is particularly suitable for a young couple. The living room's fabulous views of the Sibillinis, combined with the traditional beam and tile ceiling, give it a special atmosphere. One large room stretching the length of the building has a double bed at one end, with a living area with a sofa bed in the middle and a cooking area on the opposite side. The bathroom has a shower. The common facilities shared with Il Pero, Il Ciliego, Il Noce and Le Terrazze include: laundry, barbeque, swimming pool, game room for the guests with TV, video, ping pong table, board games and children's games.

Il Pero

Il Ciliegio

This apartment has a generously sized open plan living eating and kitchen, with a bathroom without shower, on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a second bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a single bed and two bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with two single beds), both with stunning views. The common facilities shared with Il Pero, Il Noce, Il Melo and Le Terrazze include: laundry, barbeque, swimming pool, game room for the guests with tv, video, ping pong table, board games and children's games.

Il Noce

This spacious apartment accommodates four people. The well-lit ground floor has a generously sized living area with a dining area at one end and a well equipped open plan kitchen. The private garden area is accessed through french windows. On this floor there is also a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with splendid view of the Sibillinis and its original fireplace, and another double bedroom with views of the swimming pool. On the same floor there is a second bathroom with shower. The common facilities shared with Il Pero, Il Ciliego, Il Melo and Le Terrazze include: laundry, barbeque, swimming pool, game room for the guests with TV, video, ping pong table, board games and children's games.

Notes on accommodation
The houses are completely supplied with kitchen equipment, linen, towels (with weekly changes) and everything necessary for your stay. Any apartment has individual central heating. There is a laundry shared by the apartments, with a washing machine and ironing facilities. Animals and children are welcome. Baby sitting service is available with extra payment.

Accessibility
Tenuta it is not specifically constructed for people with mobility problems. The access in the house Ciliegio and Noce is at the ground floor, but sleeping room are on the first floor. Anyway it s possible to accommodate people also in the ground floor, in the large living rooms.

Outside
A large gardens surrounds La Fattoria. It is well equipped with outdoor seating, umbrellas and barbecue. The swimming pool is 11 by 5 metre (1,2m to 1,9metres deep) with roman stairs and it s fully supplied with umbrellas, sun loungers and cushions.

Coast/Beach
In the summer guests at Tenuta can enjoy the “green Riviera of the Piceno”, the beautifully appointed beaches that line the Adriatic. The nearest are Porto San Giorgio and Pedaso, approximately 40km away. Less than 80km away is the town of San Benedetto del Tronto, the most important of the towns along the Marche Riviera, with its fabulous “Riviera of Palms”.

Golf
The closest golf course is 25 km far by La Fattoria.

Skiing
For those who love skiing the ski slopes of Sarnano-Sassotetto are just 15km away from Tenuta. There are seven slopes suitable for skiers of all levels, with new lifts.

Travel
The most direct means of transport to reach Tenuta is car. The closest airports are Ancona (70 km) and Pescara (100km) and they both have national and international flights, also with low-cost companies. You can rent a car there or ask us for a transport service.
There are several local ports with good international connections in Ancona and Civitanova. There are coach services to both Amandola and Sarnano with regular public bus services from Ascoli, Macerata, Fermo and Porto San Giorgio.

Further details
The guests of Tenuta Le Piane can find with an easy radius opportunities to suit all tastes. Due to its position at the meeting point of the three provinces, Ascoli, Macerata and Fermo, Tenuta it is close to many centres of artistic and culture interest (Ascoli Piceno, Macerata, Fermo, Tolentino, Recanati). In these cities and towns, medieval roots are still clearly visible, with artistic and cultural vestiges of the centuries preserved for modern visitors. There are also, especially in spring and summer, many traditional folklore celebrations whose origins stretch back centuries, and offer both a taste of history whilst being a part of the modern local traditions. For those who love sport and health there are different activities on offer, as well as the option of relaxing by the seaside or at the thermal baths. There are tennis courts in both Amandola and Sarnano, and horse riding is available at the stables “Le Querce”, only 10km away from Tenuta. The owners have mountains bikes available for guests who would like to explore the mountain roads and paths around Tenuta. There are walking guides in the area available to lead parties on longer walks into the mountains of Sibillini Park.
There are thermal baths in Sarnano. The different cures available include inhalation, bathing in the sulphuric waters and mud baths, as well as beauty treatments and rehabilitative treatments. Guests who enjoy eating will find that the local Marche cooking, with its strong flavours and varied diet, offers many specialities to be sampled and enjoyed. Wine is also one of the specialties of the zone, with 7 D.O.C. wines. In Amandola and Sarnano guests of Tenuta can find supermarkets, newsagents, restaurants, pharmacies, post office, banks and garages. Not far from la Fattoria there are a lot Italy's shoes and dresses factories and outlet centres: Tod's, Romeo Gigli, Armani jeans, Arena swimwear and more.

To confirm reservation, we ask an advance of 30% of total amount, to pay with bank account. Remaining 70% can be paid locally at the arrival. We ask a security deposit of 100-150 euro (depending on the apartment) to be paid locally.
