Changeover day
The day of arrival and departure is on Saturdays. Check in from 15.00 - 19.00 hours, for other arrivals please speak to the manager. Check out at the 9.00am.
Accommodation

| Bathrooms: | A bath has the shower and one has the tub with shower, there is then the sink, the bidet and the wc. Supplied with towels and hairdryer. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, stove top, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, Italian and American coffee makers, tea kettle and all dishes, glasses and pots and pans that are necessary |
| Utility Room: | There is also an iron and ironing board. The villa includes a barbecue, crib and chair for children. |
| Living Rooms: | It includes a large living room with comfortable double sofa beds, room from lunch with table and chairs, colour Satellite TV, stereo, CD and DVD players, connection to internet and cellular telephone. Contains a tastefully decorated dining area. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Included is bedlinen and laundry from bath with weekly change. Cleaning is included and is done after the departure of the guests (excluded cooking area). On application and with extra cost there is the service cleaning. |

Accessibility
Villa Ginespro is not suitable for wheelchairs. There are only 15 stairs to reach the entry of the villa.
Outside
Villa Ginepro has a beautiful terrace that has views to Capri, Ischia, Procida and Gulf in Naples. It has a shared garden with Villa Agave, with gazebo covered with bougainvillea, equipped with table and chairs. Solarium with sun beds. A barbecue for savoury meat or fish to the grate.
Coast/Beach
Villa Ginepro is very near to the beach, 200m, we offer free the service to our guests sea, sun beds and big umbrella on the beach from June in September.
From the beach it is possible to always depart for beautiful trips by boat for the island in Capri, Ischia, Positano, Amalfi and as other beautiful coastal places with the mild climate and with the coast rich in inlets, beaches, caves and bays.
Special interest holidays
Horseback riding, fishing tourism, excursions, diving, aquatic sport, trekking, trips in boat and a lot of other things. At Massa Lubrense you have the possibility to visit natural parks, protected sea reserves from UNESCO with marvellous backdrops, ancient churches and monuments.
In our country, during the year, a lot of demonstrations are organized, feasts, shows, concerts, parties, meetings of the cinema to international level, theatrical and musical shows, are possible to visit the as shops and to delight him in the restaurants, tasting our specialties: pizza, mozzarella, sfogliatelle and limoncello.
Travel
Villa Ginepro is 45km from Capodichino airport. 5km from the railway station. The use of a car it is recommended, 400m from bus stop.

Villa Ginepro is 1km from the centre of Massa Lubrense.
Sorrento is 4km. Many tourist places are found within 15 - 20km, they are attainable in car, train, bus or ferry.

At Massa Lubrense you have the possibility to visit parks natural favorite from the WWF, protected sea reserves from UNESCO with marvellous backdrops, ancient churches and monuments.
Booking notes
The stays have been being weekly for Saturday to Saturday.
Included in the rates connection to Internet wireless, final cleaning, consumption of water and gas, bedlinen and from bath, service sea. Not included in the price consumption of electricity, 100 euros every person in addition to the rate, if you are more than 6, safety deposit 300 euros, costs of the cellular telephone if required. Note until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice
