The villa is situated on a hill, overlooking Tropea and the sea. It has a large living/dining area, kitchen and wc/utility downstairs, and two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. There is a also a garden with outside dining facilities. It has both air-conditioning and central heating. There are many things to do in and around the area.

It's a 15 minute walk to the beach. There are several beautiful beaches in Tropea, and plenty of restaurants and places to hire sun loungers and parasols if you would like them.
Travel
The nearest airports are Lamezia (45km) and Reggio di Calabria (100km). There are trains from both airports to Tropea station. You won't need a car for Tropea itself, but we would recommend it if you wish to explore some of the surrounding area.
Distances
Tropea is near Vibo (35km), Capo Vaticano (6km), and if you would like to visit somewhere bigger, Reggio di Calabria (100km).
Further details
In and around Tropea you can go fishing, horse riding, kayaking, jet-skiing, wind surfing, and mountain biking. There are many excursions to local beauty spots and boat trips to Sicily and the Aeolian islands. Tropea is full of good shops and fantastic restaurants. We can recommend where to go to try local specialities.

A deposit of 30% is payable on booking, by bank transfer. The remaining 70% is payable on arrival in cash (euros).
