The panorama is wonderful, from the seaside to the hills. It is an ideal place where to stay in complete relaxation, but with the opportunity to visit some wonderful places really nearby, Monte Argentario with one of the most beautiful sea in Italy, the Uccellina natural park, Castiglion della Pescaia, Etrurian sites and beautiful art cities of the low Tuscany. 5 minutes drive to the nearest village, Baccinello, 10 minutes from Campagnatico, 30 minutes from Scansano, well known for the famous wine, Morellino di Scansano. There are two villas in the property that we rent, one on the top of the hill and the other one at the basis, but both of them look at the magnificent river Ombrone’s Valley. In the property there are 2 other houses usually not lived and the guardian house. Half way from one villa to the other, there is the swimming pool with an external shower and sun beds for all the clients. Bakery, tobacconist, bar and a little restaurant in the close village of Baccinello.

Outside
Large fenced garden with newly planted olive grove. The swimming pool is about 40 metres away from each house and is equipped with deck chairs and sun beds. A pleasant patio in front of each house and garden table with chairs for eating outside.
Travel
There are cheap Easyjet and Ryanair flights to Rome Ciampino or Ryanair to Pisa airport. Also standard airline flights to Rome Fiumicino airport. It is a 3 hours drive from any of these airports.
Distances
Monte Argentario with one of the most beautiful sea in Italy is 45 minutes driving, the Uccellina natural park is 20 minutes, 5 minutes drive to the nearest village, Baccinello, 15 minutes from Campagnatico, a medieval village, 30 minutes from Scansano, Saturnia Thermes are 45 minutes driving. Grosseto, where you can buy everything is 35 minutes away.
Further details
Bakery, tobaccos, bar and a little restaurant in the close village of Baccinello. In Santa Croce you can buy genuine marmalades, oil and Morellino di Scansano wine.
Booking notes
Bookings may be made by email and these will be held 7 days pending receipt of deposit. A booking deposit of 30% is required at the time of the booking. The remainder of the payment is expected 8 weeks before arrival date. A damages deposit of 300 euros is also required at this time (this will be refunded if no breakages occur).
